[Resolved] LPG Cylinder — Irregularities and corruption is distribution | |||
Sir, I would like to put following points in your notice for further necessary action. 1. I am customer of Indane Gas in Ordinance Gas Sewa, Raipur Dehradun. My customer ID is O-10297 and home delivery address is D-2/19, Vigyan Vihar Raipur Dehradun. 2. This Gas Agency is functioning like autonomous body and seems no control from any other authority. There is no written rule for booking and delivering of LPG cylinder. As per my knowledge, the home delivery rule is that the person from agency should come at home with cylinder and two delivery slips, one of them he must take back after signing of customer. However nothing is followed by this agency and we are forced to collected LPG cylinder from their go-down or some other common place, at the cost of home delivery. 3. As per saying of agency staff, the next booking of LPG cylinder is 21 days after delivering our previous booking. There is no fixed time for delivery. It is generally one month of booking so we are getting one cylinder in two month period. It seems that there is no written rule from the controlling agency and this agency is forcing its own constitution. 4. At the agency office, manager is never available and when ever we ask about our quarries, the staff arrogantly say that where ever you can complain you are free to make our complain. This answer forced us to think that whether we are really living in democratic country or not or there is any rule in this agency? 5. I am listing my few booking and collection period here for your reference. I took LPG cylinder on loan from my friends and relatives many times and now I am facing difficulty to return their filled cylinders. 7. I request you and your kind office to take appropriate action and setup an inquiry to rectify the level of corruption in this agency. 8. Regarding to above problem, I talked to Your Noida office (Ph.No. 0120- 2518085), Mr.Damodar Pathak, customer care (Ph.No. [protected]) and discussed my problem is detail. LPG cylinders — Irregularities in LPG distribution
I want to bring to your kind notice regarding the gross irregularities occurring in respect of distribution of LPG gas cylinders by Karuna gas agency, LPG distributors for West Nagpur Area, Nagpur.1.First of all there is no proper response by the customer service personnel. We have to keep calling their number throughout the day, but nobody attends the call for booking of the gas.
2. Now in other agencies in Nagpur there is 2-3 days of waiting period for the refill from the date of booking, for them it is minimum 12 days and even after 12 days there is no guarantee of supply and we have keep on reminding that we are due for the refill. Later on enquiring the delivery personnel, I noticed that the LPG cylinders are sold at a premium rates (Rs. 200-250 extra) in the black market for commercial use and automobiles gas kits.
3. The LPG cylinders supplied by them are under weight. The delivery personnel also confirm this. Once they forcefully took my refill inspite of telling them that it is already in use for more than 2 days o[censored]se in the festival season( >6 hours o[censored]se) and when asked what they would do with already used cylinder , they replied they will put a new seal and supply it as normal refill to any customer and it is a normal practice going on for years.
