[Resolved]  L&t — Cheating south city apartment owners

I was told that L&T South city is a gated community and the whole park and main road belongs to the use of south city residents only by the marketing guys in L&T. Even in my sale deed it is written that the whole of South city (around 34 acres of land) belongs to the south city residents. I bought an apartment in 2003 not even thinking twice since L&T is the builder. Come 2007,2008 when most of the apartments are sold, L&T says 12 acres of the park area and main road are actually given to BDA for public use. Residents association is fighting it in courts about this fraudulent stand of L&T. But on 9th June 2011, L&T got the BBMP, BDA and Police into South city compound and razed down the compound walls and threw open the main road and park to the public use. When asked the officials didn't even provide any order from government or courts to do so. This is day light cheating by L&T. L&T is saying that the apartment owners were aware of relinquishing of 12 acres of land when they were buying it. That is the biggest lie I have ever heard. Why did they say in words, in printed marketing materials and even in my sale deed that 34 acres belong to exclusive use of South city residents? They seems to have bribed BDA, BBMP and police to do this crime. I will never trust L&T or any such big corporate entities any more in my life.

L&T — Improper frequency of 459

Dear Sir,

There is only one bus running between powai and malvani, i.e. 459.
And friquency is not good.
This bus is always overflow.

So kinldy arrnage to increase friquency or start new busses.
