[Resolved]  L&t — No response received for lodged grievance

I lodged a grievance request ([protected]) against delay of processing of passport.Even due date of resolution got passed but still it's showing in pending status, no response received .Since last 2 months status for LK[protected] is showing as "Police report has been submitted by your respective Police Office and is under processing at Regional Passport Office Lucknow".Please do the needful to complete remaining process of passport
