I was using Corporate Plan of yours since 2 years. On 9 september, 2008 I have changed my plan from Airtel Gallery, DOMBIEALI(E), according to the suggestion of the Executive there, which was 200 minutes free, 50 paise per call, 75 rental, Rs.15 Charge for this plan.
But this scheme wasnot activated to my no. and the bill i am getting is also not showing such scheme, but, I got Rs. 75 Rental for 6 months and no other benefits of that scheme and after that it was changed to Rs. 150 rental without my notice.Moreover, I also lost my Corporate scheme because of the suggestion of your Airtel Executive at DOMBIVALI(E) gallery. Now this Gallery is also closed from last 7 monyhs.
Because of such discrepancies in the bill, I havenot paid bills for last couple of months. So, I want to settle this bill and also to activate some latest Plan of my choice. Do let me know about all these details as soon as possible on my mobile...No.-[protected] Was this information helpful? |
