On 8th October 2008, I was awaiting for BEST bus no.37 at Kurla station.I enquired at the control room at Kurla station, the controller who was on duty told me that you catch this bus no.37 which was totally full of crowd.so I asked for the timing of the next bus.The Controller was so rude that he told me & some of the passengers that, Jana hai to Jao & refused to tell about the next bus timing.His behaiver was so rude to me & some of the lady passengers so I asked for the complaint book.He told me that -"koi bhi mera ukhad nahi sakta''.so I logged the complaint in the log book.I am wondering that BEST is offering somany services to attract the passengers but due to such kind of persons thy are loosin the faith of the passengers.Somebody from top authority should take care of this otherwise it will be very difficult to survive for BEST in comming future.Request you to look into this matter to put such type of controller straight.
