no functioning of street light

The street light front my house no B-3, Govind Vihar, Near Das Mesh Transformer, Chinhat, Lucknow is not working for past 15 days. i request of the Lucknow Nagar Nigam (LNN) authorities to kindly get it repaired quickly. thanks
