Luminus Inverter — Service is not on time & Very bad Service

This is B.K. Bansal Director of Venu Polymers (I) Pvt Ltd, I am customer of Luminus Inverter I have 4 luminus inverter. I am facing alot of problem with luminus service. i have complained on 20th August 2009 but no body is responsible for the call, unessasery my staff is going on off due to electric problem.
Last complaint no is given by luminus service is DL -333264. Kindly look on this and do the needful as soon as possible.Further any clarification feel free to contact on [protected]

LUMINOUS INVERTER — No Output

I had purchased a Luminous Inverter 800 VA but it shows no output. Even company's customer care number does not work. What the hell they are doing? Are they fooling the customers?. Kindly give me the proper assistance.

I am Practishing Chartered Accountant purchase a luminious shine web invertor from Jashwani Electricals, mandla (M.P.) since 1 year ago. but in this period till date we are very upset for the performance of invertor.we already complaint to dealer than dealer replace this but problem are not solved & invertor also not working properly.
pls. rectified our problem urgently.

we are living at ghaziabad ( Siddarth vihar near vijay nagar chck post ) lying last five years but the power supply is not proper and the transformer is stated there that is poor condition & Your All officer is listen the complaints so please take care about this complaint.

Poor service – Luminous Inverter

I have been trying to approach the Company but in vain. Only the call center is approachable but they cannot help beyond taking the complaint. I have the following grievances :
(1) The call center says that the mechanic will come between 24 hours to 48 hours, but they come after even 3 days.
(2) The call center has given 8 telephone numbers but none is picked up. The numbers are 40778221, 40778222, 25558913, 25558914, 25558915, 25558916, 25558917 and 25558918.
(3) The website of the company - www.luminousindia.com - doesn't show any address of the company. It has been done deliberately so that no complainant could reach them.
(4) The website doesn't show any phone numbers except Toll Free numbers.
(5) The website does have the features of 'Feedback Form' and 'Complaint Form', but after feeding the relevant details, the "submit" button doesn't show action after pressing it.
(6) The call center has given one e-mail address of the company, but on my sending the mails, the company has not responded back.

Luminous inverters — Poor Product Quality

Less than a year of buying 1500KVA double battery Luminous Invertor, poorer by 20 grands, but still no relief from frequent light outs. This 'top' model from Luminous kitty has already been "serviced" at least 10 times while the warranty period is still on. The "brand new" "Luminous" batteries replaced once, and almost all the parts of the invertor repaired or replaced in the last 10 months.

As always Luminous is too busy to sell to new customers than to seriously look at issues with existing ones. Post Sale Service has been allright as they do turnup a few days after every complaint, but the product quality of at least the piece they sold me is BAD BAD BAD... really BAD...

I am really worried for the period when the warranty runs out...

LUMINOUS INVERTER 600VA — UNSATISFIED SERVICE

I am retired army officer. I have purchased a Luminious sine wave 600VA inverter. It was initially found defective. Company has sent service provider and got it repaired instead of replacement. Since installation it has appeared four more time defects . Company has provided only repair or replacement of defective part after 8 to 15 days of complaint. I have not seen such type inconvenience in other inverters. Please do some solution to make it in continue working condition.

Manisha Inverter Shop — Inverter battery and wiring

I have purchased Luminuos inverter and Exact batteries from Manisha Inverter Shop as on 24-May-2010. I paid Rs. 100 to book the order. He did not have 200 AH battery so he said that he will give me Inverter and 150 AH battery and replace the 150 AH battery with 200 AH after 2 days. I paid additional Rs. 12000 (Rs. 1,400 pending) to him after installing Inveter and 150 AH battery. However, the bill still says Rs. 13,400 pending. He did not replace the batteries and did not finish the full wiring. I called him so many times. He says he do not have 200 AH batteries and replace once he have it and said that he will come tomorrow to complete the wiring but did not come to complete the wiring. This is happening since I 10-15 days. What should I do?
