LVL City Dehradun — Refund of my money

Hello, I invested Rs 51000/- with LVL city, dehradun as boooking amount for a 100sq plot of land. It has been morethan two years and till now there has not been any action taken against LVL to potect investor's money. Can someone suggest is there any way/hope to recover this money.
