[Resolved] LVL City Dehradun — Money not refunded

I had booked a plot of 100 yards in Dehradun for which I paid Rs 91, 000/- in Two installments (1st:- Rs. 51000 and 2nd:- Rs 40000).I wanted to receive my money back as someone told me the company is fraud . PLEASE HELP ME. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I also invested Rs. 5.00 lacs with Lakshmi Vatika Ltd New Delhi for 250 square yard Plot at sector 85 Mohali but company cheated me and no refund of money was made insipte of court case as summons to Mr.B.K.Aggarwal could not be served.Any person who can guide me or suffer of his cheating can guide me how to take the refund on phone No.[protected] or[protected] Ashok Gupta
