I invested Rs 51000/- with LVL city, dehradun as boooking amount for a 100sq plot of land. It has been morethan two years and till now there has not been any action taken against LVL to potect investor's money. Can someone suggest is there any way/hope to recover this money....

I had booked a plot of 100 yards in Dehradun for which I paid Rs 91, 000/- in Two installments (1st:- Rs. 51000 and 2nd:- Rs 40000).I wanted to receive my money back as someone told me the company is fraud .

PLEASE HELP ME....

I invested 182000 in two plots in LVL city before two years back.

I have submitted a complain with EOW in Delhi.last update I have that matter is pending with local court.

court has issued legal warant again the promoter, but nothing is happening.

If Anybody has some latest update pls let me know.

I have invested Rs. 50000 in the project named LVL City, Dehradun. It have been more than 2 years and there is no update on the money invested.

I want to have my money back.

Can anyone suggest of the legal action to be taken against such fraud. Such persons should be punished severely....
