LVL City Dehradun — Money refund

I invested 1 lac with this builder for their drona city project in Dehradun. All my repeated attempt to get the money back from the builder, have failed. Kindly let me know how to get the money back from them.

I have invested Rs. 91, 000 in the project named LVL City, Dehradun. It have been more than 2 years and there is no update on the money invested.

I want to have my money back.

Can anyone suggest of the legal action to be taken against such fraud. Such persons should be punished severely.

I ALSO LOST RS.181000.

Acutally, regarding LVL City fraud, no one care about it. Our money could not be return, because there are no any interest of crime branch and concern officials. Our hard working money could not be return.
How the million crores fraud happens and govt. could not able to caught curlprit.
This type of fraud increase day by day due to lack of Police failures.

I went various time in the office of lvl city new delhi but no satisfactory reply recd me.

Complaint Lodged in person with Manager(Marketing) Lakshmi Vatika Limited,[protected], 10th Floor, Narain Manzil, 23, Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi - 110 001(Company's Registered Office found closed), for the cancellation of the plot on not receiving the plot on time. For the refund of 1st Installment. Cheque was issued bearing No. - 396480 Payable at DCB Bank Limited, GK-1, New Delhi - 110 048 for Rs. 53767/- Dated 18-08-07, the same was returned unpaid on 23-aug-2007 with remarks of FUNDS INSUFFICIENT. Hence the complaint as the case is suppose to be follwed by C.B.I.

I want to have my money back.

Once upon a time I see in news that the owner has been arrested by Delhi Police, after it no status is known. If you have some of the information about the same please mail me [protected]@yahoo.in. Even i have also invested 51000/- in this project through dealer, Mr Paul, as per his knowledege, case has been filed against the company, and all the assests and A/cs of the owner of the company has been freezes by court .

I m also one of them who invested 51, 000/- in LVL city project.Now there is no information abt it.Where is our system n what action is taken on LVL. If anybody knows abt it den plzz inform to me.

I have invested 51000 For 2 plots so total amount of loss is 102000.
Details of which is as follow:-
1. Application ID- LVL-DC-2432 & RNDC-2432 & DD NO- 482265 From Indian Bank dated 23/1/2007.
2.Application ID -LVL-DC-2415 & RNDC-2415 & DD NO- 385813 From ING Vasysa Bnk Dated 23/12/2006

I request the authorities to take strict action for the same & refund our money with Interest else Give me the location of plant.
