I also got cheated by them. What is new going on? Any news? I'm ready to join the club to file a lawsuit together. I'll recommend we make a yahoo group so all can join it.

I recently came across this posting. Otherwise I would have joined earlier. I too booked a 200 sq yd plot in Camellia Garden II in BHiwadi in the year 2006 and paid Rs 2 lacs as booking amount. There has been no news from M Tech. I have subitted the documents for refund but as expected there has not been any response from them. I have had enough. I am thinking of lodging a complaint with the EOW. Venkatesh. [protected].

i am dr.satija.i am also facing the same problem. I have booked two plots with mtech builders but till mdate not recieved any communication regarding allotment of plots.
I have already paid two intalments.

Have we created a Yahoo group so that we can get the members joing this group and we build a sizeable number ? Once we have a sizeable number we all take collective action by registering complaint in EoW, use media, hire advocate and fie a case etc etc .. More suggestion will emerge

i am raghvendra shrivastava, i have also booked a flat in camalia garden phase 11, given arround Rs 325000 as registartion & two installments, no progress observed in last four years, then i have surrenderred the documents, where he has commited to return mony in installments, but not a single intallment give till date, can we unite & protest against the bulider for getting the mony back.or can jointly file a complaint gainst the builder for the same.

I WISH THAT ALL THE AFFECTED PERSONS SHOULD INSIST TO GET THE PLOT FROM HIM.

I am bit late in following up on this case but I am also in the same boat as most of you. We booked a 300 sq yard plot and paid the advance money. There is no update from the builder in last 3-4 years. We are being cheated.


Has anyone taken any action so far or if builder has refunded money to any of you. Please share. I would like to join the forum to get our money back.

Looks like this company doesn't exist anymore. Does anyone know most recent update on Camellia Garden plots?

I share the problem my father invested in the project in 2006 for a 300 sq yard villa. The builders were paid an amount of 11, 25, 000 in 3 instalments. The last one in May 2008 since then the builder is fooling us. Unfortunately I lost my father in 2013 and the matter was not taken up besides that the agent has submitted a case in the consumer court more than a year back . Need to take some serious action to recover my dad's hard earned money. Pls contact me In case we can group together to take legal action. MEHRA
