no deliver the courier while receive the courier 6 aug 2011 on the branch and not deliver the 12 aug 2011 until call to the branch three four times and again confirm the address but after that not deliver the courier. please take some action of the branch contact person- AJIT SACHDEV / VIMAL WADHWANI. A courier on 20th May 2010 containing cloths was sent from Hisar (Madhur Courier Raj guru Mkt) for delivery at Gurgoan to my daughter, which was urgently needed by her, but till date (27.5.2010 ) that has not reached ( Gaurav Mehta, Tower II, Flat No 501, Sushant Estate, Near Gold Suk, Sector 52, Gurgoan).
At Gurgoan and at Hisar, large number of phone calls has been made but all in vain

On 24/05/2010, one courier has been dispatched from SBI, Gaziabad for BR CAMPUS, Barauni Refinery, Dt: Begusarai.
The SL No recorded at Gaziabad bank is 854. Today it is 03/06/2010, but the courier has not reached . The dcouments in the courier is highly essential to me.

I had submitted an envelop to Madhur Corier at 10 No market collection centre on 12.04.11 at 17:50 Hrs for Bhusaval (M.S) having CC note No. [protected] However it was forwarded further on 14.04.11 to Bhurhanpur, as per my knowladge if it is submitted before 18:00 it will forwarded same day.
The same is yet not delivered to recepient.
I had contact to madhur Corier office many times in last five days but no proper response was received from them.

I have asked to Bhusaval office also but same is not reach there.

Pl. help me to resolve my complaint.

There is no response from Madhur corier after many follow-ups. I think they are not just interested to collect the money from peoples & they don’t care about deliveries.

My parents send me the courier from Gwalior to Asoj Vadodara (Gujarat) from madhur courier Consignment number [protected] on 19/09/2011. In tracking tool of courier site, it is Till now I didn’t get this consignment. Is it the policy of courier service to go Also I didn’t have any call from courier agent nor is he picking the call.

As per the Home shop 18, the Jaipan Home Applicances has already sent me the product on 26.07.08 vide Madhur Courier c/n no.22113869 to Jamshedpur at My address. Till date I am waiting for the product. When I spoken to local madhur courier, the person who is handling the phone was not very responsive and not given me any details. This courier company is non reliable courier company.

I already lodged a complain to Homeshop 18 on 05.07.08, but they are also not giving me proper information about the product, they are saying me very soon we will get the product. As per the homeshop18 policy, we should get the product within 10 to 12 working days.

Is there some kind of fraud going on ...Home Shop 18 + Madhur courier ...are they working together to dupe innocent customers... I think they dont have any real products, they are making money through this partnership. They never deliver the product and take the money too. I am stuck up in the same situation. The company should be ashamed of such service. Calling their Delhi office only gets you excuses. Slow mail by tortoise or by foot would have got to Delhi at an earlier date.
This kind of service is absolutely disgraceful, wand there is neither service nor trust in their business dealings.
We would like to lodge a formal complaint against their dis- service and advise others not to use them

I do agree with your views. I placed an order with jaipan industries on 19th oct 2008. As per staus prodcut delivered through Madhur courier. But still i haven't received a product. When i contacted the Jaipan they assured resolve the issue. I got a call from courier company, he is telling lie that product returned back as we are not in house. This is not true because I contacted local Madur agent. As per him he didn't received any parcel.

Third Class Service - Totally non cooprative - Unprofessional company to be laid in court.

Madhur Courier Services — Non delivery of courier at right destination

I have never seen such a blunder and irresponsible service being provided by any courier as Madhur courier.I have send one courier in my company's envelope with clear legible handwriting to the destination person's name and address with my from address and contact #.And what Madhur courier does is that it delivers the courier to my branch at that destination instead of delivering it to the destination person's address.

I simply can't understand the logic behind that.

I couriered three envelops containing Rakhis for my brothers in Korba and Bhopal thropugh professional courier for delivery on 5h of August 2009 paying 150/- for the service with full recipient address along with my address. They gave me 3 receipts confirming the delivery within 48 hrs!
When i came to know my brothers have still not received the courier i phoned up M.V.P. Colony courier office where i had placed the order to enquire. And to my surprise to the highest level, nobody in the office even knows the status of the parcel!!
Only after i informed of the status, different employees came up with different status! They were unable to answer my querries and in turn asked me to check the status personally with lot of aggression. Somebody went furhter to the extent of telling that the courier was already delivered. Nobody is bothered and they were irresponsible also. They are hardly bothered to track the things back to me also. Till today i am chasing them to get the things back atleast so that i can arrange to send it again. This kind of behaviour is highly unproffessional from Proffessional courier service. Stern action should be definitely taken against this UnProffessional Courrier Services, M.V.P.Colony branch office, Visakhapatnam. The status of the courrier as on date i.e 18-08-09 is as below as per web site www.tpcindia.com.

I am working as a lecturer in Electronics at DM's College Mapusa Goa. New age international publishers Bangalore sent me a parcel containing Electronics books from Bangalore office. One month has already passed and till today i have not received the parcel. When i tried to contact the Madhur courier office on mobile no: [protected], i was told that the complaint will be solved in two days. Now that i am trying to contact on the said number, no one is receiving the call from last three days.

I totally agree... my uncle couriered few urgent documents from MP to AP(Hyderabad)... and its already a week and i haven't received the courier yet..

The website is pathetic... you cant tract your consignment and nor even u have a number to call so as to track it.. the best part it you will surely get the courier once you don't need the documents any more...
I not only want to launch a complaint but if possible i want to file a case against them.

What kind of horrible service do they provide.. Please get it closed asap.. we don't want to waste our money in that... Totally disgusting service. Please for God sake take some action... Dont you get it how many people have launched a complaint against it... What action is this website taking against it??

madhur courier service is run my most non-professional Irresponsible peoples. i lost one shipment from delhi to MP. when i called delhi madhur courier services phone no. the person unable to give it. He has a booklet on which all no of madhur couriers services of delhi branches are out of date. I log on http://madhurcourierservices.com and try to find any no of delhi from branch locator but unable to find any one. thus i conclude it is non professional courier doing bad to customers.

the courier was supposed to reach in 2 days and its 7 days so far and no body picks ur phone if they do they dont talk properly and no response to ur queries.i dont knw how this guys are still in business.anyways i warn all my friend never to use madhur courier unless you want ur shipment to be delayed or lost.and for myself i swear never to think about this courier company also

Actually the madhur courier is the only courier company in India having so largest and unique branch network in india. They try their level best to take care of each letter or parcle, though they charge very less for this services.the new facilities provided by them to track the documents is appericiable just by logging to madhurexpress.net you can track your document. but here they must try to built there system more responsive.
we are proud of having such a courier company in our India which is wholly swdeshi.

Madhur Courier — Non delivery at right destination

I have never seen such a duffer courier company. My sister sent me a courier containing some important books worth Rs 2500 from jabalpur(MP) on 5th jan 2009. But it was not delivered at right destination(najafgarh,Delhi). Instead i went to District center(delhi) to receive my courier today(16th jan 2009). They told me that it was not there responsibility. They dont go to Najafgarh for delivery. I agree with that. But they didn't even called me once to say that come and get your courier since contact number was written on the pack. It should have been kept in courier office for indefinite time if i didnt go there to receive it. My courier no was 18735473. I want some action to be taken. This courier service is the worst courier service in the country. As there is already been delay of more than a week in my courier and now they want me to come to their office (1.5 hrs from my residence) to collect my courier. And the reason they give is that they don’t provide service in my area(perungulathur, Chennai).Then why did they accept the courier. Moreover people from the office talk very rudely(Chennai office).Moreover during the delay period when I wanted to track my courier, no one received the call. I was not able to talk to anyone from their services.

Hello I am Mahendra. Its true this Courier Service is Irresponsible. They never do their work in a proper manner. This time i was going to lost my Examination Call Letter that was sent before 20 days of my examination and before a day i got it myself with my on lots of effort, time and having difficulties.
