[Resolved]  Madhur Courier Service — Non Delivery of Parcel

I had sent two couriers through Madhur Courier Services on 28.03.11 to Chandigarh and Mohali respectively. The one for Chandigarh was delivered after two days but the one for Mohali has still not been delivered on 06-Apr-11. The docket number for the Mohali courier is [protected] (Couldn't attach the airway bill copy since pdf format is not supported here). I have made numerous calls to Madhur couriers for the past three days and nobody is giving me any satisfactory answer. Everyday I get promises that the same will be delivered today which never happens. After a couple of calls the staff even stops taking the calls. The parcel contains a gift of high sentimental and monetary value which was supposed to be delivered by 31st March. Such type of non cooperative behaviour from staff has caused a lot of harassment. I have wasted quite some time in the phone calls and followups but still nothing has happened. An ordinary post takes much less time than what they are taking. Would suggest a strict action against Madhur for the same.
