Hi, I want to tell everybody that never use Madhur Courier Service for any reason. This courier service is worst in india. My fren sent me a parcel on 21 Oct from Bhilwara Rajasthan and Today is 27 Oct, but still I dont know where is my Parcell.. I m really very worried about that. Madhur Courier — Document Not Received

A courier was sent from Amlai District( Madhya Pradesh) to Bangalore, on 20th June'10. Docket Number is 63584861. Courier Contains one important Document and should have reached to the destination within 4 days of despatch. After confirming at the source, I got to know that it has been dispatched on 21st itself, but I have not recieved it even after 9 days.
This is the height of irresponsibility and bad service. Executive are not giving any clear answer and they are informing that they have not received the courier at Bangalore, but at the source( Amlai) the person is saying that it has been dispatched on 21st June itself. This also shows lack of co-ordination of Madhur Courier,between 2 diff cities. Their Executives are not in sync with each other and nobody is ready to take the responsibilities.
As a result, customer is suffering at the end.

Madhur Courier is worst courier I have come across. They are cheating simple and humble population of India. My son sent courier from Pune on 05/02/2010 and till date it has not been delivered. People at the Gurgaon Madhur Courier(MR.PAWAN,MR.RAKESH) are so rude & abusive that they are ready for a fight at every moment, and the same is at your DELHI OFFICE(MR.MONTU,MR.SUNIL,MR.VIJAY).

Your Mr.Bhatia of Ballabgarh( dealer Madhur couriers , ballabgarh") ,had tears in his eyes while talking to these people as the courier was booked through him, and these people mentioned above had made him beg to deliver the material,which is yet to reach the destination.

Please look into the matter at urgent as the packet to be delivered has such important documents that if they do not reach on time , I will have to pay Rs.5000/- per day to the destined company,which if happened , I am going to sue MADHUR COURIER FOR THE SAME.

Really this courier is of no use . they are very cunning. ill-mannered. they never care. without delivery of material they use to reply that, they have delivered. they should be black listed . I will not use them in future.

I sent some certificate, very important papers related to higher education/passport of my son at PDA College of Engg Gulbarga. I sent through madhur courier Nagpur vide N0: 28330460 dt 05/04/2008 giving full address, Pin code, mobile no.[protected]. In spite of that they have not delivered till date till now. I talked local agency of madhur courier at his phone no [protected] at 9 pm last night. He said that it has been delivered on 09/04/08 to his friend in his college. Again I talked my son, he had not received. I talked at Madur courier Gulbarga last night . He asked me to talk at 11 AM. I talked him on his mobile no [protected] with my phone [protected] He told, your son has received last night. Again I talked him about 12 30 noon, he told we have delivered today, first you talk your son then complain. I talked my son and again tried but he did not respond. I was informed by local agency that the packet is laying in the office of Madhur courier Gulbarga, Pl ask your son to collect. I further talked Nagpur Head office as well as Gulbarga. Both of them replied " if you want to take you have to collect. You cant get your material by making any complain, better you collect other-wise i will through it out"
Now I have asked my son to collect it. It is very clear that such thieves should be black listed.

The worst courier services that u will ever see

Madhur courier is the worst and most unprofessional courier service i've ever come across. My bank SBI had despatched some loan doc. to my hometown through Madhur courier . They were misplaced by this pathetic courier service.There website was defunct. They tracked the courier only after my official complaint to SBI, but by this time two precious months were wasted when I needed a loan urgently and I had to undergo several rude encounters with the Madhur Courierwallahs. I advise all the readers not to use this unprofessional and pathetic courier service.

I have sended one courier frm Jamnagar to Datia(MP) date 31.05.08 vide Pod no 76113267. This is not yet delivered. Pls confirm.

Madhur courier service is one such courier service which I wouldn't ever go for for the whole life. I haven't seen people as irresponsible and careless as them. It is not the first time MAdhur Courier has dissappointed me, but this time I am hurt the most.
My father booked an important courier for me on 9th June 2008 through Madhur courier service hoping that it would reach on time, but to his agony he founf out any option other than Madhur would have delivered on time. when he booked the courier from Bhopal to Pune he was assured that the courier would reach me by Thursday ie 12th June 2008. But I think that was too much with respect to the standards of Madhur courier. On thoursday I tried calling the head office to know about the situation on the same. But people @ Pune head office seem to be the dumbest around. Firstly I was given a number of someone who was in Hinjewadi, where my office resides and where the delivery was supposed to be made. When I asked the official @ hinjwadi the person told me it was going to be delivered hesame day, ie Thursday. I waited till Friday evening and when I did not get the parcel I called him back this time, he asked me to call the main office to know about the status. It is already Saturday evening, and I donot know about the wherabouts, I called the head office agian but people there told me the net was down and they cannot tell me the status of the same. Now, it's monday 16th June, i decided to call the Madhur courier people once again. And I got the information that after 7 days, the courier is still in Indore and hasn't reached Pune yet. I donot know how a courier agency as bad and irresponsible as Madhur Courier is still doing business. I haven't seen people as dumb and careless as those in Madhur Courier. All giving false promises and passing the buck from one person to other. I am hihly dissatisfied with the atttitude of people @ Madhur Courier

Madhur courier in Gurgaon are highly irresponsible. They don't deliver the courier packets after its received by them. In gurgaon, they deliver only twice a week if the place is away from their office . I live in sector 21 of Gurgaon. My father sent me a courier from Karnal and these guys asked to come and collect it from their office. He mentioned that he can't deliver it to sector 21 as it would cost them high to deliver it in sector 21 and they don't have any other courier in this area.

When I went to collect, their behavious shows they were highly irresponsible persons. I spent 3 lit of petrol to collect the courier and the whole drama definitely rose my blood pressure.

I am strongly agree with you people, Madhur Courier is the WORST SERVICE PROVIDERS i have ever seen in my life.
I was supposed to receive the courier from aurangabad to pune, but for last 1 week i am following up with the pune and aurangabad both offices, but no response till yet.
This is a service.

After reading all the comments i am surprised that anybody still wants to use this courier service...i agree with all those who have said that they are highly irresposible and rude...a courier sent from Jaipur to Delhi has taken 5 days...today i have finally managed to trak it and whn i contacted the Delhi office( Gandhi Nagar branch) i was told it is on its way and would reach here in half an hour but now the day is past and the courier has not yet come...when i told him that i would be complaining against him he told me that would not make any difference!!!(mr. Kapil of the Delhi Gandhi Nagar branch)
The letter is very important and by not receiving it we are having a lot of problems.

Absolutely I agree with other complaints. I had a unpleasent talk with the Banagalore, Sampangi Ram Nagar office. The lady attendant there is rude to customers.

I am strongly agree with you people, Madhur Courier is the WORST SERVICE PROVIDERS i have ever seen in my life. Also I agree with other complaints. I had a unpleasent as our office courrier sent on
10-12-08, but till date it did not received to consigner and the courrier service is also not reminded about any reply /returned the mail to consinee.

My name is pawan telang. My brother submitted important document in your courier service(Madhur Courier) on dated 25/02/2009 and receipt no is 28968957.
Today is 02/03/2009 yet the document I have not received. For the inquiry I have tried the phone no. to Pune head office but all telephone no. having the problems

I have called to your karve nagar office no is[protected] I asked about my courier a lady told me she doesn’t have any information.
After that I searched the telephone no of Nagpur office.

[protected] I called this no. a lady received the call she assured me that I will inquire about your courier asked my receipt no also and told that she will call after 5 minute.
But their was no call from Nagpur office after 10 minutes I tried the same no. but busy. I tried the second no.[protected] again she was asking who are u? want to want? I repeated the same story again she told me just hold down I don’t know what she had done in 2 minutes then she told that network is down I cant trace your document. And asked to call tomorrow I asked her name but she disconnected the call.


It is 6th day I dint get my document. This much time it take to dispatch the courier from Wani (Dist-Yawatmal) to Pune. Ok that’s fine I didn’t get but I tried to trace out but nobody is ready to help me. We people trust you that we are getting a good service from you and avoid to going in post office but the experience is so bad. I am your customer it was important to get a courier toady.
Now what is next step still I m unknown about my courier.


It will be interesting matter I want to see what action you will take.

This is the last option you people left for me.

Madhur Courier Service — Irresponsible and unprofessional service

One envelope was given to Madhur couriers from Indore on 1st oct 2009 which reached on 3rd Oct 2009 to their HO in Pune. Madhur courier has not delivered it till 6th Oct 2009 and I'm still waiting for the packet as it carries a payment cheque in it due to which all my business is suffering and loosing on my labour every day.

I request all the people who oftenly use courier service and their important documents are sent via courier, Please dont take services of Madhur courier Service as its pathetic (sorry to use such language) inspite of that you will be happy to use normal govt. provided mail service as we know it takes 5 days for delivery.

I request if any body knows how the ban such services.It should black listed and owner should be publically hanged.

One important consignment has to be delivered to Pune from Indore.
It has been 15 days but it is not delivered yet.
I tried calling up at all numbers, listed on their site, but there's no response.
Finally I visited local madhur courier office and asked him to track the status of my consignment.
They told me, to my surprise, the consignment was there in Pune Office from last 10 days but those guys haven't delivered.

Madhur Courier Services — MISSING PACKET

I had sent a packet from Indore to Mumbai through Madhur Courier Services on 30/8/10, but till date i.e.8/9/10, it has not reached the addressee. worse the landline numbers, viz,[protected]/18/19 are not even being attended to by them.
The number is also incorrectly stated as[protected] on the receipt issued to me at Indore.
Nobody knows where the packet is and no one wants to help.
Is someone in Madhur Courier Services listening?
When will the addressee receive the packet? Her mobile number is also mentioned on it, yet why was it not delivered? How do I trust the Company again?

I have send one important parcel through Madhur Corier from Ujjain to Dombivli (E) on 30.08.10 but till date it's not reached to consignee (Docket No.[protected].
I request Madhur Corier management to take immediate action and Send consignment to consignee or else I may compel to approach Consumer Court for the justification.

I am in total agreement with all the complaints for Madhur Courier. They have no responsibility in handling important documents and I advise everyone to boycott their services immediately. One would rather pay 20 bucks more to Indian Postal Service or reputed couriers like Blue Dart rather that give important documents to Madhur Courier Services.
