[Resolved]  Magic Auto — Unsatisfactory 1st Service and Loss of Parts

I gave my New Swift Dezire for First Service and Opt for Pick and Drop Facility. The guy took teh car at arround 12 in noon and confimed that the Car will be back by 4 pm. at 4 pm i called for teh delivery and it was not serviced till that time. i called up again at 6 for the delivery and they said the Driver is about to leave. even after repeated calls to service centre and the Executive i dint got a positve reply. only the reply was the driver is on his way. Atlast i received my Car at arround 8 pm. The distance from my house to service centre is just a 20 min drive even in peak hours. Next Morining when i saw the car and checked everything the Archies perfume and the Stereo Remote was missing. there is no response from the service centre. dont know wht to do and whom to contact now. Please help.
