My self falak karhana, I have booked a maruti car from magic auto dwarka sec 13 3 and half month before. Whey they give me a excuse that we provide you a car in 1 and 2 month thats why i booked maruti breeza but now i have 4 month and they do not give me car and give me some irritated issue and they make me fool . Corona distance not following

I have one complaint in sharing auto to khanpur to badarur, travel continue and full passenger in all auto without any distance and fare is double charge to every persons

insurance copy not received

I have done a renewal of my my car insurance on 1 st of october for the same i have done all payment on same day my car insurance was due on 2 nd october but till date i have not received my car insurance policy its 6 th of october due to which i m nt able to drive my car for the same i am calling magic auto mayapuri insurance department frm last four days but not hetting any satisfatory reply for delay in policy

motor insurance

Hello

I renewed my car insurance with Maruti Insurance through your dealer Magic Auto Dwarka. The premium was paid by credit card on April 18, 2018. The policy has not been issued to me till the time of writing this complaint.

I have been following up with the executive for past 10 days but my issue has not been resolved.

Regarding Poor Service and Managment

I have a swift car which was given to magic auto for insurance claim.They have committed to give the car after repair on 5th October but no call received till 5th October. When I called to the customer care number, she said 'I am diverting your call to workshop' but no one pick up the call and she is saying she call me after 5 minute after checking status but no call received from magic auto. Care less service

1- i was found 7 pencher in co driver side front tyre at the time of dilevery after complaint no solution recived.

Unsatisfactory 1st Service and Loss of Parts

I gave my New Swift Dezire for First Service and Opt for Pick and Drop Facility.
