On 17.12.2010 we have paid Rs.100 yearly membership fee for gas stove service. Till date nobody visited us and on telephonic even after 3 weeks nobody has turned out and the person (lady) attended telephone is telling that they have sent the mechanic and will come tomorrow-today etc.etc.-Jaya Menon, Bldg. I have also a similar problem. The person from Mahanagar Gas Stove Service Centre collected Rs.200 on 29.10 2012. However telephone numbers mentioned in the card [protected]/[protected] always find not avaiable or number out of service. My receipt number is MM 1948. Since date of payment no person turned up for service. Please let us know the correct telephone numbers so that we can contact them.
