I kalawatidevi Ramnaresh Jaiswal have applied for new PNG connection in mahanagar gas limited in February, 2022 and submitted the document(Adhaar card and share certificate) and the security deposit money online. After 3 weeks when I track the status of my connection It was showing improper document so again I submitted the document(Adhaar card and Sale of agreement) in march. Again waiting for more than two weeks I again check the status of the connection but it is still not updated then again I mail to them asking about my status about the update of status and when will I get connection. But they didn't give satisfactory response then I started calling to customer care number to know whether the status of my connection. After calling to them they told me that we received your document you will get connection done within 90 days I make an alert so that you can get the connection done and this type of same response they are giving from April to now also that I am generating an alert so that you can get the connection but after 90 days also connection is still pending,
So please take necessary action so that I can get new PNG connection as early as possible Because My family members are desperately waiting for PNG connection.
