Mahindra Duro — worst service

I bought a mahindra duro in july 2011 from NACHIKET motors Basavanagudi. the vehicle was delevered in a bad condition where there was a problem in shock absorber,wheel alignment was not done and they have given defect mirror. since my father was using the vehicle i could not see all these things for some time.when i took for a short ride it was like hell for me.i complained these with theshowroom manager and he din't respond properly just told me we willget back to u in 2 days.later after 10 days when i went to showroom the manager told me to give the vehicle for the 1st servce and the problemswill be rectified. They just changed the mirror and 1 new tyre for front wheel which was not required.the milege was verylow i was getting around 20 km even after 2nd service. since we made a mistake of buying DURO i lost 15000 just for 4 months when i sold it. The showroom manager was inefficient and he is really not eligebleto a manager there.i witnessed many customer complained about the vehicle and he was standing helpless for them. He should feel shame to be in tht position. PLS DON'T VISIT TO NACHIKET MOTRS.BE CAREFUL THEY WILL CHAT U. WHO EVER THE MAIN INCHARGE FOR NCHIKET MOTORS PLS TEACH UR MANAGER HOW TO ATTEND THE CUSTOMER.
