Dear concern, Myself, Jitendra R. residing @ Jawaharnagar - dist. Bhandara - Maharashtra, had purchased Mahindra Duro from Local dealer Badwaik Motors ( petrol pump - Thana)dist - Bhandara, in March 2011, all cash payment, but the vehicle is still not registered from RTO & from past 3 years the vehicle is kept undriven @ home, lying as a liability, since then he has been driving this matter in a very irresponsible way, its his responsibility to get this passed but he is not bothered to complete his responsibility, the moment i informed him that the vehicle is not cleared till 1st week june - 2014, i may take serious legal steps against him, he is still not bothered & now i want to make him understand on driving such a NAME OF MAHINDRA IN MARKET in a much ethical way, since he has already spoiled the name & fame of MAHINDRA COMPANY in local market. i think company should take very serious steps apart. i also want either the vehicle gets regiseterd or want my complete money -Rs 50000/- back with interest from him Please look into the matter very seriously Positive response is awaited Please feel free to call me jitendra [protected]
