Mahindra Holidays — Cheating by mahindra holidays

We had been called for a presentation by club mahindra on 16.07.2008 after which we were told that we would be issued a guest certificate valid for a complimentary 2 nights/3 days stay for 2 adults and 2 children. We were told that the certificate would be sent to us in 10 days. But even after innumerable follow up, the company has not sent us the voucher/certificate so far. Upon calling up the company, they always give some excuse or other and promise to send the same immediately but the same has not yet been sent till date after 3 months. The certificate is valid only for a period of 6 months w. E. F. 16.07.2008 and 3 months out of which has already expired.

i was called for a presentation, ask for immediate payment by credit card & 18, 000/= rupees taken from it at mulund R mall, then after some days they send me terms & conditions which were not clear to me. i m making my mind to go to consumer court or ask for help from MNS etc. to enlighting other innocent people.
i agree these corporate travel agents are cheators & robbing hard earned money of we indians.

MAHINDRA HOLIDAYS — wrong commitments

Dear Sir,

I was sold 25 Yrs of Holidays By Mahindra with wrong commitments made by them. After that I requested to surrender the product which they refused first then later with huge deductions they stopped deducting my EMIs from my bank account. Later again I was approached by their Jaipur Branch that if I pay minimum of 6 EMIs out which 4 were paid already then they will transfer my membership to some one else & my money will be refunded. Then I paid Rs. 11578.00 Vide chq # 300113 dated 19/01/2009 towards 2 EMIs. Later I was surprised to find out that they again started deducting EMIs of Rs. 5789.00 per month from My bank Account through ECS. As I called them several Times & mailed them so many times but no response i got from them. even whenever I visit to their Jaipur office I am always sent back that there is no one who can handle my Problem. There for I request you kindly to help me out in the matter as now my account is totally empty.
