Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. — Non fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the contract
I took the Club Mahindra membership (Membership No 994277) on 28/06/08 through their Ansal Plaza, marketing office and entered into a contract. As per agreed terms and conditions at Ansal Plaza on 28/06/08 I was supposed to get special offers as per the details given below:1. One week International holidays with a validity of two years.
2. Food vouchers worth Rs 3,000/-
3. One Samsung Split A/C 1.5 tons with 45 days of realization of 15% down payment i.e Latest by 30.09.08.
4. A cash back of Rs 8,000/-
I got only the first 2 offer documents (which I never availed) along with agreement. I neither got the Samsung Split A/C 1.5 tons nor a cash back of Rs 8,000/-.as per agreement. More than 16 months have since been passed and the very purpose of this offer is defeated for me. In spite of my repeated requests over phone, mail and letters, I never got a reply.
Since Club Mahindra has failed to fulfill the terms and conditions of the contract, I lost faith in the company and I requested for the Cancellation of my Membership & Refund of Down payment of Rs 29,978/- . The request has also gone unheard.
I am now preparing to register a complaint through consumer forum also.

MAHINDRA HOLIDAYS & RESORTS INDIA LTD. — REFUND OF AMOUNT
Complaint Details : I had taken a membership from CLUB MAHINDRA HOLIDAYSin the month of Aug 2008 (STUDIO RED) & also paid 50% down payment of
membership.
As on date(30/06/09) I had already paid Rs. 1, 96, 301/- out of total
membership fees of Rs. 3, 14, 100/- (Almost paid 63% of the total membership
fees), but when it came to utilization of a week, we are not able to get
any where booking (domestic as well as international).
We had asked for Bangkok & Pattaya for the month of October 2009 they
said the same is not available. As we are co-ordinating the same with Ms.
Gyatri (Solitaire Coporate Park, Andheri East) since May 2009(six months
prior) initially she told that she is going to confirm the booking but now
after 1 month she told that the same is not available.
We had asked for:-
Corbertt (Ramanagar) not given
Goa not Given
We also asked the RCI for Bali in the month of Oct 2009 / April 2010 they
are also not given any booking.
After paying so much amount and not getting the booking in the RED season
then what is the point of taking membership.
Then we had a meeting with Ms. Priti Singh at Solitaire Corporate park on
20/06/09 & again on 25/06/09, she has told us that she had already
blocked our booking from 10/10/09 onwards for Bangkok & Pattaya (7
Nighs). But suddenly today (30/06/09) we had received the call from Club
Mahindra & they said the booking is not possible and also we will not
get any refund of amount, which we had paid Rs. 1, 96, 301/-
Therefore we want to cancel the Membership, as they are CHEATING with the
customer.
Therefore I need Refund of my money along with interest.

AS Ms. Gyatri assured us regarding the booking in the month
of OCT 2009, we had already booked phuket (17/10/09 to 20/10/2009).
Now if we cancel the booking in PHUKET then we have to suffer a financial
losses and if we want to continue then we have to book for Bangkok &
Pattaya also which also bring extra financial burden on us.
