[Resolved]  Mahindra Maxximo — vehicle complaint

My self Thomas T Abraham i have purchased Mahindra Maximo on 01-may-2011 from TVS Mahindra, Kottayam, Kerala. Registration no of Maximo is KL5AC5809. on 03-Jun-2011 the tube between diesel tank and engine got disconnected & lost all the full tank diesel then we lost the work & by the next day we bring it to the company & solved but within 1 hr the same complaint again held. we can't tolerate this we want the compensation or u have to change the vehicle we lost all the works we got & lost our full tank Diesel by two times. We have already purchased three vehicles including Maximo from TVS(Bolero, Logan & Maximo) so pls consider this & do needfull. pls contact to our no:-[protected] & [protected].

I have purchased a mahindra maximo from Mohon motors Jalkal B.T. Road Kolkata in Augst. 2011 with one year warranty . and 40000 Km. zero maineance registion no WB29A 2442 After that, I send my vehicle on 05 Augest 2011 for berak down (String problem) savereal time cont. to Mohon motor but now till date date no acation will be done. and there advice to me 12 or 15 days car will be reparing some fault to the agency Mohon Motor or Mahindra and Mahindra, but they not repair it and tell me that the parts are not available and from that day. I have bear a big loss in my business without my vehicles, This is infrom you that the Vehicels WB 29A 2442 engaged for emergency duty a Mobile Van of West Bengal State Electricty Distribution Company Ltd. C.C.C. Pailan entre the area where public service disturibing.

my self chandrashekhar prajapati from indore (mp) i have purchased mahindra Maximo from patwa automotive indore in august 2010, now my vehicle having starting problem since 15 days, i already talked to service engineer of patwa automotive and they washed the diesel tank and did some servicing but still since 3 days vehicle having same starting problem, i talked to mr. ajeet and he said now we have to change the diesel supply motor. since 15 days my vehicle can not get any work and getting loss of money every day since i have to pay installment also. my friends also purchased same vehicle and new vehicles also having some problems but the dealer is not listening to customers and they are charging money to us.
now i am helpless. i made a mistake to purchase Maximo is useless for us now. such a bakwas gaadi.,

Sir,
Please tell me who buys a small loading vehicle " MAXIMO" ... somebody who is very rich or someone who barly manages to take loads of loans and puts in use all the saved money at home?
Is all this worth this fact that today my vehicle with being much used that is just after three months is standing outside your service station? Without any complaint I even paid a valid amount of thousand EACH TIME I had to send it for repairing and that is not once but about 8-9 times. You can even check the details from Swami Auto Mobiles Chandigarh and Zirakpur. You may not agree but for just one single spare part I had to pay and get it changed THRICE. And it was not that my vehic le got fixed in a week or so but would stand outside the service stations for months. The vehicle many times would literally stop on the way and we would have to tow it to Swami Auto Mobiles each times but till date we have got no positive response.
I am a less educated man and I didn't know what to do in a state like this. It was then that somebody suggested me to use the net and that very person is helping me out write it. My financer is after my life for the installments. Now you please tell me how do I sort out this problem? All my money has been a waste so far I could rather bought something expensive today but my need was then and now I regret. How should I manage the installments, the repairing and my household expenses? Last Five day also my vehicle is standing at the Swami Auto Mobiles Zirakpur.
PLEASE TELL ME MY SOLUTION...???????
