[Resolved] Mahindra Rodeo — Fail to give Average Even After lot of service | |||
Hello Sir, The I have purchased Mahindra Rodeo, a one year ago. From the starting it is giving mileage of not more than 20 Kilo Meter per Litre. Even the Service centre has done lot of service and submitted the scooter for more 5 or 6 times for more than two days. and after getting from Service centre it is always just good washed nothing else. Please guide how to file case against the company in consumer court and get all the fuel charges which we I have made for driving. Even I have not Petrol bills but the Rodeo Meter can self describe. The I have purchased Mahindra Rodeo, in september 2010. From the starting it is giving mileage between 20 to 25 KMPL .Where as I have been asured at the time of purchase for 45 to 50 KMPL. Even the Service centre has done lot of service and submitted the scooter for several times .and Surprisingly no mechanic was available in the service centre with proper qualification about the mechanism of RODEO.They are just washing the vehicle with water & cleaning the spark plug. Please guide how to file case against the company in consumer court and get all the fuel charges which we I have made for driving. Even I have not Petrol bills but the Rodeo Meter can self describe. No doubt that this is the worst model scooter available in the market in present days. one side petrol rates are hiking like any thing and the mahindra lanched the worst ever model like rodeo and creating sleep less nights to the costomers. The I have purchased Mahindra Rodeo, 11 months back. So far I have done 4 servicings from your authorised servicings, but it is giving mileage of not more than 25 Kilo Meter per Litre. Even the Service centre has done lot of service and submitted the scooter for more 3 to 4 times. and after getting from Service centre it is always just good washed, spark plug cleaned & nothing else. Sri Mohan Manager Phone number-[protected] of servicing centre/ Akkayyapalem/ Visakhapatnam & Sri Narasimham/ GM (sales)/ Visakhapatnam, both are well knowing persons of my vehicle & they are failed to bring avarage milage. Please guide how to file case against the company in consumer court and get all the fuel charges which we I have made for driving. Even I have not Petrol bills but the Rodeo Meter can self describe. The worst scooter in average I have found, designer of the RODEO & certifying authorities should be punished for mis guiding the innosence public.
