Mahindra Scorpio SLX — Complete Failure on Customer Servicing
My Scorpio met with an accident, first and foremost it was a complete surprise that an Alto Car could create so much damage to a Scorpio. The Damage was primarily to the following:
1. Differential Broken
2. Axle Rod Broken
3. Chassis bent
4. Minor Body Damage
Whereas all that happened to the Alto was body damage.
Agree that this could be a rare case and possibly because of the angle of impact.
THE COMPLAINT is for the service I have been handed out by Sterling Motors Faridabad & Mahindra Customer Care Helpline.
It has been 20 days since the car is the workshop and all approvals from insurance recd, but there is not one action which has been taken to repair the Car. Everyday I hear same story that some parts are not yet available. Docket No: HE03/0034 logged with helpline 15 days ago and all i have recd is one sms thanking me for logging the complaint.
Can someone tell me what should I do or is consumer court the only recourse?
