[Resolved]  Mahindra Stallio — Stallios problems updated

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am very dispointed Owner of Mahindra Stallio bike. It's giving me Continues Problems given below.

I also talked to other stallio owners they are also facing the same troubles.
Regarding this i have mailed to the mahindra distributor , mahindra customer care ([protected]@mahindra2wheelers.com , mahajan.[protected]@mahindra2wheelers.com , [protected]@gmail.com) and they replied with telephone and asked to drop bike at workshop to resolve the problems. I droped the bike at there workshop to resolve the problems But the results are same, no improvement in the bike after leaving the bike for 2- 3 days every time !!! My last Job card number is = 3136

Now After 4th of march They are not replying to me.

We need refund of our money . Pls. Help us for the same.

New problems in stallio after getting back from mahindra workshop 4th of march

1 - Headlight is not working, it works after touching wires or when we push the headlight on – off button hardly.

2 – Average is 32 kmpl on highway [/B], tested at wadala to goregaon after 10.30 pm. ( bike was in reserved mode on 424 km then I filled 70 rs. Of Speed petrol to make bike in main position and after running to 457 km it becomes in reserve mode)

3 – Seat is not fitted properly.

4 – Wires are clear visible near headlight.
5- Front brake lever is getting stuck.
6- Petrol tanks reserve capacity is 3.5 ltr. – 1.5 ltr. Petrol is uncountable (In the manual of bike they have mentioned 1.6 ltr.is reserve capcity)

1- Ignition is not in center
2- Making noise like tractor also vibration is there.
3- There is only few c.m. gape between front wheel & its cover which is not good
4- running jam while pushing .
5- leg brake is very poor. (Remark : now working proper but doesn’t know how long it will work )
6- Both Side indicator are leakage (Rear), every time its filled with water when I wash the bike. Its look like that mahindra has used a chip parts.
7- Right turn signal indicator still not working some times. It starts after touching the wires.
8- I observe that its gives only 42 kmpl average in Highway. I filled total 8.5 litter of petrol and bike runs only 260 + 65 km = 325 km.
When bike was reserved in 291 km I filled 70 rs. Speed petrol to check mileage and it becomes in reserve after running only 333 km. on highway after 10 pm on wadala highway to geregaon at this time there is no traffic at all.

9- Buzzer sounds some time and some time not.
10- Petrol tank cover is banned in left side
11- Very small gape between petrol tank cover and handle
12- Stop signal light is not fitted proper near Gabrail .
13- The Black Rubber is coming up which is pasted on Petrol tank cover.
14- When we stop suddenly just after starting the bike some noise is coming nearby gear area.
15- Tail light is not working when leg brake pushed
16- Some time it shows neutral indicator but after releasing the clutch it’s suddenly runs away.
17- Some times the neutral indicator is not showing on digital display but after releasing the clutch its stable like it is in neutral mode.
18- When we turn the handle fully in right side and accelerate the Throttle its sounds very strange .


The Problems which has been solved

1. Digital Instrument Leakage (Replaced with new one)
2. Front brake was stucked
3. Gear shifting
4. Silver plate (above silencer) was giving noise while driving.
