I WAS VERY IMPRESSED FROM MAHINDRA BRAND & A BIG FAN OF AAMIR KHAN'S PERFECTIONISM
BUT WHEN I PURCHASED STALLIO MY VIEWS COMPLETELY CHANGED. IT SEEMS THE SAYING IS FIT HERE"UNCHI DUKAN FEEKE PAKWAN" GEAR SYSTEM IS WORST, MILEAGE IS VERY BAD, EVEN SEAT HEADLIGHT & BATTERY ARE NOT FITTED PROPERLY. SHORTLY CHAIN SET LOOSE PROBLEMS I FACED. AND ABOVE ALL MENTAL TRAUMA BY THE PROBLEMS AND COMMENTS FROM THE NEARER & DEAR WHO SUGGESTED NOT TO PURCHASE THE FIRST BIKE OF FOUR WHEELER MANUFACTURER'S AM COMPLAINING REGULARLY FROM THE FIST DAY . FOUR SERVICES ARE PASSED BUT AFTER PUTTING SOME KITS FROM YOU PROBLEMS NOT SOLVED BUT INCREASED. I CALLED TO TOLL FREE, WROTE TO AAMIR BUT COULDN'T GET POSITIVE RESPONSE. PLEASE DO SOMETHING IF YOU CAN.. OTHERWISE YOU HAVE TO THINK A LOT TO CONTINUE THE BIKE PRODUCTION IN FUTURE....

after so many complains to the dealer i called to the company' costemer care they suggested to mail the comlaint on 24 april 2011 but till today(8-5-11) i couldnt get any reply what it shows? now what should i do?

till when you will (mahindra) appreciate our patience and understand? Is nine month less for you to understand and solve the problems which are increasing day by day? are you planning to make stallio a worst bike as someone comment for making a record?

Mahindra Stallio — problem in engine

problem in the bike in all parts of mahindra stellio .i am not saisfied with this bike . so solve my complain fast.

Subject: Money back with the compensation due to failing to solve the Mahindra Stallio problems in 2 years resulting financial loss and mental trauma.

Dear Sir,

Since 30th November 2010 to till date I am continuously complaining but till now I could found any solution of this biggest problem (Mahindra Stallio) I ever faced, Since December 2011 Mahindra's Stallio is standing in a store room. Even I couldn't renew its insurance. I am using my seven year old CT100 even after investing a huge amount around 48000 in this worst bike. It was a first biggest investment of my earning and saving of my life but it is totally loosed.
I wrote to Mahindra customer care, consumer complains forum, Amir Khan brand ambassador of Stallio on his Facebook page, post the link of the complaint on tweeter account of Mr Anand Mahindra and complained to the dealer Mohan Automobiles Sonipat and talked to the engineers of Mahindra two wheeler continuously but still waiting for the result.
After many complaints to the Stallio dealer and service provider I complained to the concerned service engineer telephonically.
- On 24 April 2011 I complained through email on [protected]@mahindra2wheelers.com. After not receiving any reply I complained again-

On 16 may 2011 I received mail from the team of Mahindra- We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Kindly send us your contact details on [protected]@gmail.com our team will contact you at the earliest and provide you an effective resolution. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Then after waiting a long time for the response, I again wrote to Mahindra-
- On 02 September 2011- till when you (Mahindra) will appreciate our patience and understand? Is nine month less for you to understand and solve the problems which are increasing day by day? Are you planning to make Stallio a worst bike as someone comment, for making a record? Again on 05 September I received a mail - We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We can understand your problem but in order to address your issue we need your contact details. - On 05 November 2011, I wrote on the consumer complaint forum ‘s website after waiting a long time. Then on 10 November 2011 dealer changed the old engine with new one but all the problems continued. Then service engineer and dealer assured me that company soon return your mony back or change the bike with new updated version of the bike. Then I put the bike in store room even not renewed its insurance. Then I just waited patiently more than 9 months but new stallo not born.
On Aug 25, 2012 I again wrote to [protected]@mahindra2wheelers.com
“I am suffering from this worst bike Mahindra Stallio since I purchased it in November 2010 till the first day it’s creating a new problem day by day.
-Gear shifting problem continued from the first day
- Digital meter dead in 4-5 months and not changed in around 2 years
- Self-start not worked after few months
- Neutral indicator, Head light switches are not working
- Battery is dead due to defected Digital meter
- Mileage is very bad just around 40kmpl
- Chain cover broken, three times welded
- Seat & Head light are not fitted and set properly
- Handle, Rear break & Centre stand become jammed
- Tell (low & side part of the seat) broken many times after fixing with quick fix
- Chain Set, Headlight and whole bike noise irritatingly
- Tyres are cheap, punctured so many times and maximum time tube had to changed
- Mud guard and Wires are not fitted well
- Tools and Article boxes are defected and not strong.
- Spare parts are not available in the market even in the Mahindra showrooms
- And above all attitude and behaviour of the company and dealer’s is very bad with customers they are not listening and responding to complaints of the customers.

I also talked many time on Phone Company’s Service Engineer and to Area Service Manager till June 2012 but couldn’t find any solution.
- After this on 30 July 2012 I have complained in consumer forum, complain no is 392589. They advised me to try once again through writing this all detail to-
The Head Customer Service Mahindra D/1 Block, Plot No. 18/2 MIDC, Chinch wad, Pune 411019, INDIA. Which I wrote
- On 25 Aug 2012 I have sent again a detailed mail to the company but did not get any reply.
- On 4th September 2012 I send my complaint by speed post to the above said address advised by the consumer forum.
But I did not get any response from the company office too.
- On 13 November 2012 I sent a reminder letter as notice of 15 days after advising of consumer forum Representative.
But till now company did not give any answer. Now consumer forum Advisor is saying to go to the District consumer court. But before going there I am planning to go to the Media. Perhaps my poor voice has not much strength to reach the Authorities’ of Mahindra and make the highest officials understood of my problems.
Mahindra Two Wheelers Ltd has been failed to solve my problems regarding Stallio in last 2 years. So now I need my money back with the compensation of suffering, mental trauma and all expenditure, time and energy waste for solving the Stallio problem which is not solved. Now as last hope you are humbly requested to solve my problems soon.
