[Resolved]  MAHINDRA XYLO E8 — Service quality and delay

IAM SENTHIL KUMAR .S , Owner of XYLO E8 Model -TN22BE0196, and i would like to complaint With regard to the ,
Very poor service of Our Xylo E8 Model by M/s.India Garage. -We do regular check up and service as per the instruction/ service manual
regularly so far only AT M/s .India Garage , from whom we brought the vehicle. Inspite of request to highlight the points after checking up
the vehicle each and every time we give the vehicle for service. But we are not satisfied with the service quality, timely delivery etc., and
Each and every time we need to go for a second check after getting the vehicle serviced.
This time we serviced at 70000 /- Km where in we have spent almost Rs.20000 towards when the next service is due at 80000 km and now
at 74,976 km itslef the clutch has not been functioning totally and stopped all of a sudden. when parked the vehicle at our office and when
we wanted to start for other place it failed).We were safe as it stopped functioning at our office premises and suppose if it would have stopped
else where on the run then we would be helpless.
And after taking delivery and promised to deliver it yesterday, The service has not yet been started statiung that the parts has to come from
Bombay etc., and the service people are not even picking the phone to know the status of service.
