[Resolved]  MAHINDRA XYLO E8 — Service And Vehicle Performance

Sir,

My name is Ashok Kumar Gupta from Panchkula , Haryana. Recently I bought a car named Mahindra Xylo E8 from Goel Motors, Mohali on[protected].

It was very unforgetable experience I got from this car as compared to my earlier 4 cars ( not Mahindra ).
Before buying such a car, some people warned me against Mahindra cars as there performance and service agencies are very poor and they told me to not buy there cars. But, I didn't agreed and believed that it would not going to be happened with me.

Then, a very next day I started getting problems with my car.
Firstly, the clutch pad was very hard, secondly the gear is hard to shift and thirdly the brakes respond so lately.
As according to the ' service book ' , first service is after 5000 km which I covered day before yesterday i.e.[protected].
I took my car to the Goel Motors Mohali for my first service. I told all my problems to one of the staff .
Next day, I went there to took the delivery of my car and when I saw that staff member, he didn't respond me and ignored. I called him and ask for my car. He said that, " Your car is ready sir. " and I drove my car towards my home.
While going home, I found that, instead of getting rid of my problems, they were increased.

Seriously, I am not satisfied with such a dealing. The staff there was unexperienced and they don't know how to respect their customers.
