[Resolved] Make My Trip.com — money not refunded | |
Dear Team, I booked ticket from Delhi to Lucknow from Make my trip booking reference number FLT[protected] worth Rs 3487 on 28/11/2009. however, money got debited from my account without providing ticket, when i called up customer care to confirm the status, i was told that same will be refunded to you with in 2 days which is not been given to me. 01st Dec 2009 - I called up again to confirm the status and i was told that same will come to your Back account by end of the day. 02nd Dec 2009 - I called up again when my call was disconnected. 02nd Dec 2009 - I called up and was on phone for almost 35 minutes. 02nd Dec 2009 - I called up 03rd time to ask for refund and check the status but I was told that it will take another 3 - 4 working days. when i talk about customer service my call was disconnected. We have taken your feedback in to account and are looking for solutions to prevent such occurrences in the future. I would like to inform you that the refund for your MakeMyTrip Booking ID FLT[protected] was processed on November 30, 2009 in to your State Bank of India account. It usually takes up to 10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account as it is dependent the billing cycle as stipulated by your bank. Till now we are not sure about the staus of our said ticket whether it is cancelled or got stuck anywhere and also not very sure about our payment which was done thru credit card.

Do we have any alternative to know the status of the same.
