[Resolved] Make My Trip — Fraud By MakeMyTrip, Amount was not fully Refunded | |||
I Booked a ticket from makemytrip, where i have promo code from my icici credit, So i conform with booking agent that, how much cash back i will get, he replied me that 6% cash back on base-fare. As per booking cost was 55,000. and base fare was 40,000, so cash-back is 2400. i got only 1000 rs cash back. When i contact them they told me 1000 rs is upper limit so maximum 1000 rs is refunded. While booking i conform that i will get total 2400 rs as cash back. Was this information helpful? | |||
