[Resolved]  Make My Trip — refund of money

i had purchased one rail ticket yesterday from rosera ghat to new
delhi of train no-12523 worth rs1096 but deduction of money has been
made by makemytrip two times from my sbi account through txn
numbers[protected] and[protected].so kindly refund my one amount
woryh rs1096 by same via.and send the further conformations on my
email id.

MakeMyTrip bus e-ticket for booking id:NU[protected] (Delhi-Nainital)

I booked ticket from delhi to nainital on 4th Feb 2010, when I reached there the bus tourist service person told me "No ticket is booked". Then I called to your helpline number and register complain regarding the refund of money on same day 4th Feb 2010.

I already called so many times to your customer helpline number, but they always give me same response that waiting for 3rd party reply. Its more than 10 working days and I didn't get any satisfactory solution.


So please let me know when I'll get my money back, because on 4th Feb I thought my ticket is booked, and its really important for me to go there. The whole process is really ridiculous, I didn't get any positive response from your side. As you aware its not a fault of mine, its a fault from your end.


Please make sure I'll get my money back as soon as possible.

due to the cancellation of our flight i.e paramount airlines dated 7th dec 2009 we are not refunded with our money which is Rs16985. the travel was from guwahati to agartala and the flight no. was- FLT[protected]. Many a times we have made our complain to the company but they did not responded. we will be highly obliged if you can please get our money refunded.
Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked three return tickets for my family (2 adults and 1 child) on 31st March 2011. Due to some unknown reason I could not make payment through my credit card, therefore I called up the customer case in India and spoke with a representative and he booked three tickets for up. I clearly informed him that the reason I was doing over the phone was because I was not able to make payment through credit card and that I would make the payment through cash the next day as it the business hours was already closed for that day and he said that was not a problem at all. He took all our details and also gave us a booking ID IN1103B13554 and sent the itinerary to my email ID which I have attached below. I got one of my family friends to visit the Make My Trip Regional Office in Bangalore and made the full payment of Rs. 1,24,459/- for which they issued a bill and said that as soon as the Head Office gets the confirmation of the payment being made, they will mail the e-ticket to my email ID.

Instead the next day (on 1/4/11), I received a call from the representative not to make the payment as the Airlines had withdrawn the offer and if we needed the same tickets we would have to pay an extra Rs. 50,000/- odd. By then, we had already made the payment, so I said this is not my problem that it has happened because they should have informed me that I had to make the payment the same day. I even spoke to a supervisor who said that it was a mistake from their side but unfortunately nothing could be done from his side. He said that if I cancel the tickets, he would make sure that the amount that we had paid in cash would be wire transferred and would reach our account within 24 hours. I agreed to it and gave the bank details, etc. to which the wire transfer was to be made. I was expecting the money to reach my account on Saturday but it has not happened until now which is Monday.

I tried to call the customer service and I am absolutely disappointed with their response. No one is giving me an exact date when I can expect money. When I requested them if I could speak to a manager, they kept me on hold for about 15-20 minutes but the manager did not come on line. The representative said that he is busy in a meeting and that I should expect the money to be in my account by 4 PM India time.

I am attaching the scanned copy of the itinerary sent to me.

Please ensure something is done about it.
