[Resolved]  Makemyhobby.com, Make My Hobby — Dead Plants, Missing Fish

MMH is a total fraud company. Recently i have ordered Brian shrimp egg and gold fish flack its been 2 week i have made the payment and send the details to them but still i din't get any response from them i have tried sending mail and message through whatsapps and email but there is no response from them, now i will file a case against them just wait and see what i can do.

DAMN!!!
I was about to complete transaction of over 7, 000 to these scammers.
No wonder their UPI did not work and it might just be my luck...

If they dont have a number to call/complaint/or clarify... what kind of company is it and there is no reply from their team..

Everyone who is reading this... think before making any payments online..
it's always better to spend little extra and get things rather than loosing the whole amount...

They are theives, fraudsters, scammers. they take your money and never send you anything. by chance if they send..it will be someones aquarium waste after cleaning. please put them to jail..they have looted thousands of rupees

I recently has ordered some plants and products from Makemyhobby on 23 jan. It has been 15 days and they have not provided any details of package. I sent them messages th rough watsapp asking for tracking number, they are not replying. I don't know what I should do now. Kindly suggest. I am thinking of registering the fraud case.

From Hyderabad to Bangalore only 600 KM far and in any courier it will reach within 12 to 15 hours,

After made the payment till today 31 days has completed as per your make my hobby's Company policy 8 to 30 days order I'll be delivered without fail,

Within 1 to 4 weeks order I'll be delivered but 31 days has completed as per your company policy what compensation I'll providing to consumer?
You company didn't respond on whatsapp or contact us live chat unavailable?

What if fishes deliver in dead condition?

If not delivering please refund my amount 850/-

PLEASE PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING IN THIS makemyhobby.com site, they r ### biggest faurdsters. Omggggg these guys biggest fraudsters i ever seen, please please DON'T BUY any single thing from their website, its completely fake one and they never ever deliver your products what ever you have purchased their like. Live Fish, plants, fish equipment, fish products or any other products. PLEASE PLEASE DONT BELIEVE THESE BIGGEST ###. I made an order 9 months ego till now there is nothing delivered when ever I ask in whatsapp number they provide, they say stories to still fool you for months, But they wont deliver single thing to you, and they wont even return back your money too.
Actually there is no such a shop in Hyderabad as they provided the fake address and there is no phone number to contact or they wont respond to single mail.

I should have read these before placing the order on MMH. I placed my order on Saturday 6th April and canceled the same on Monday 8th after getting their email that I will have to go another end of Mumbai to pick my things. After sending emails and messages almost every day, I still haven’t received my money back. Now looking at the list of complaints I am now sure that I won’t be getting the refund. These fraudsters should be punished...

What the hell from march 2019 m waiting for my order. Now they are saying its cancelled. I want my refund back. Guys help me in getting it. Its. A fraud company...

This Myhobby.com is a Big Fraudster!. I placed my order on 10th Sept 2019 and its 8th Nov 2019, neither I received any refund nor delivery. I raised multiple tickets to get the status of the order, however no reply received. Somehow I got a reply for them from their Whatsapp number on 24th Sept 2019 on the order that they will dispatch the order, however I have not yet received any order or update from them. I kept on chasing them on whatsapp no, however no response received. This site this pathetic and are fraudster, they only loot the customer with their flashy price...
the excuse they updated on whatsapp status is "Due to dengue malaria and viral outbreak in hydrabad, communications, orders despartch in on hold until further notice".
Such ### can only do business like this in india only...

Absolutely fraud site. I ordered last year in feb, one year ago. Keep away. And i strange still they making chutya.and cyber security is meaning less. This is India. Very easy to do crime and get clean cheet.

For some reason even my paid anti-virus detects their website as not secure. Check image!

Also to add they have stuff available on their website which is almost impossible to find anywhere. The manufacturers don't even sell it anymore and these guys have it in stock!! WOW!
