[Resolved] MakeMyTrip — Refund Frauds | |
I had booked 2 Goair tickets for Rs. 5090 on makemytrip.com. I had to cancel these tickets 2 days in advance for which the website's terms informed me that they would deduct Rs. 2200 for the transaction. I went ahead with cancellation and after more than 10 days, the refund I receved was Rs. 1890. i.e. Makemytrip deducted Rs. 3200. This is cheating and robbery. Can anybody tell me where to approach? They shd be taken to the Consumer Court. This should not continue.. this daylight robbery!!
