I made train tickets reservation through makemytrip.com on 2 Apr 2012. The details of the booking are as follows: 1. Train No.: 12434 2. Train Name: Chennai Rajdhni 3. Boarding station: Bhopal Jn 4. Departure Date: Thu, 12 Apr 12 (00:05) 5. Departure Station: Bhopal 6. Arrival Date: Thu, 12 Apr 12 (20:15) 7. Arrival Station: Chennai 8. Class: First Class AC 9. Quota: General 10. Distance: 1482 Kms 11. Ticket Amount: Rs 8,030 The agent booked the tickets and displayed the following details in its website and sent me a copy of the invoice and ticket on my email id: MakeMyTrip ID: NR[protected] Transaction ID: [protected] PNR NO. I contacted the customer care through phone no. [protected], informing the cancellation of the confirmed ticket. They asked to file an online TDR for the confirmed ticket and the other ticket will be refunded automatically into my account. I did the same and again called customer care, confirming the status of TDR filing receipt and they informed that they have received the request. But I did not receive any refund after one month. So I contacted customer care through phone and asked the refund status. They informed me that it is in process and it would be done by 10 jul 12. But i did not receive any refund till 10.07.12 and again asked their customer care. They informed that I had to file TDR for the waitlisted ticket and since I did not file it, the refund was not processed. I feel cheated by the travel agent and send an email to their customer feedback on [protected]@makemytrip.com. But till date i have not received any response from them. Kindly help me as the agent did not offer me the service and took the full payment. On asking the refund, no response is received from the agent.
