[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip & Kingfisher Airlines — WORST SERVICE

I HAD BOOKED 4 ONLINE KINGFISHER AIRLINE TICKETS FOR FLIGHT NOS. IT-352 ON 13TH AND 14 TH NOV 2011 FROM MUMBAI TO DELHI AND ON 15 NOV FOR RETURN. THERE IS TOTAL CHAOS OF KINGFISHER FLIGHTS. NEITHER KINGFISHER NOR MAKEMY TRIP THE BOOKING AGENTS ARE RESPONDING TO TELL THE CUSTOMERS OF FATE OF THEIR BOOKING OR CANCELLATION OR ABOUT REFUND ON THEIR PHONE NOS.[protected],[protected],[protected] ..........................MAKEMY TRIP PEOPLE ONLY KNOW HOW TO COOLLY POCKET NEAT MORE THAN RS.200/- PER TICKET ON BOOKING AND FURTHER MORE THAN RS.200/- ON CANCELLATION. EVEN THIS SERVICE IS COMPUTERISED WITHOUT GIVING PERSONAL ATTENTION TO EMERGENCY SITUATION CREATED BY KINGFISHER AIRLINE MANAGEMENT WHO ONLY KNOW HOW TO BOOZ AND PLUNDER BANKS AND PUBLIC MONEY AT THE COST OF SUFFERING OF MASSES. THEY HAV SIPHONED AWAY PUBLIC MONEY INTO THEIR COFFERS. THESE PEOPLE WILL CERTAINLY GET LESSON OF THEIR LIFE.

Hello Narendra Kumar,

You posted this complaint on the 11November and i am assuming that the agency must have resolved your query. If not then, it is a complete disaster at their part. If you booked your flight with the agency then it is their duty to assist you in such situations. A lesson my friend that it is not about a big name, any one can sell a flight, hotel or a package at a very good price(no rocket science) but it is post sale service whis is the most important factor.

This the area where most of the agencies in India are far behind as compare to their counterparts abroad. It is nothing but a lack of a good regulator in this country to monitor these agencies.

I would not comment on the money they make out of cancellation and date change penalty etc. even if it is an automatic system, as they are in the business to make money and not for charity, but post sales service is very important. Many agencies are lacking here.

So Narendra i would advise to put it all in an email and send it to their c care, refund, sales manager etc.

As you booked your flight with the agency, so it is their responsibility to assist you in such situations. A lesson my friend, it is not always about a big name. Pre sales, travel agents they all sound our brothers and sisters, basically well wishers but post sales, they just don't want to know you.

In india we do not have a regulator to monitor these agencies.

Pen down your complaint and email it to the refund/c care and sales manager etc. I am sure they will respond to that email.
