[Resolved]  Manager — No Respect to customers

Dear Sir/Madam,

My father is an consumer of indian gas for the past 15 years. Recently i got transfered to chennai.(Presently not with my parents). Now i am residing in Guduvanchery, Chennai. I Planned to get new Indane gas connection for me. I had enquired the proceducers for getting it in Pattammal gas agency which is in guduvanchery. They replied that they are not authorised to give new connection or transfer. They asked me to contact Tambaram, Chennai branch for New connection. I had called tambaram Pattammal Indane Gas agency through their land line phone. But no person is there to pickup the phone and answer. I had tried many days but no response. One day a lady picked up the phone and i requested them to brief the proceducer to get a new gas connection in Guduvanchery. But that lady told hereafter we will not issue new gas connection or transfer to guduvanchery. And also she ordered me to go and get HP gas which is in Guduvanchery. When i tried to ask her why new or transfer is not given to guduvanchery that lady just scolded me and he cut the phone. When i again tried she kept the phone receiver down.
Pattammal indian gas agencies in tambaram is not giving proper response and also not giving respect to customers. Please advise the lady how to behave to customers.

AfterwordsI have called Pattammal gas agency two times same thing that lady is doing. I am really dissatisfied with that service.

But same thing when i asked HP gas agency which is in Guduvanchery chennai they have given good response and treated as customer. They know how to treat the customers with respect.

Even i had the similar experience and complaining to anyone will not work. Once of my friend who stays in Guduvanchery experienced terrible responses from those pattammal Agency great peoples...

So ridiculous and daily atleast 10 persons come there and fight with them for the right cause. the entire managemnt is very very sluggish

Manager — Bad Customer service

I visited Spar Ring Street in Port Elizabeth on Sunday Morning to buy hot chip then I decided to eat them there because there were tables and chair to eat, As I sit on the table and started eating a Spa employee came to me and told me that I cannot eat on those tables because only people who eat meals aloud to eat on the tables ,but I told him that thi chips are a meal to me and then he told me that if my chips where in the plait , he will concider it a meal, then I ask him to please give me a plate so that the chips can be a meal as he want to then he started to to tell me to stand up and leave, as he was saying that another man come to me and told me to leave and eat my chips outside, I was so upset I didnot understand what kind of store is this, but after this man told me to leave, I lso told him not till I finish my chips and then he took my chips and threghten to through them in the drum if I dont get out of the shop, I get up of the chair and aske for the manager then he told me he is the manager and then shout LEAVE!!!!!!. you know what I was so angry I left the store and told him that I will report them to Spar complaints and he told me that he does not care. Ever since then I promise my self that I will never shop at Spa again even if its the last shop left in the word.THE NAME OF THE MAN WHO THROUGH ME OUT IS MURCUS, I DONT KNOW IF I SPLLED IT WRITE BUT I SAW IT IN HIS BUDGE.

LAST TIME I WENT TO SPA DISTRIBUTION IN PORT ELIZABETH, THEY GAVE US A GOOD PRESANTATION ABOUT SPA AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.I DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF SERVICE SPA IS GIVING.
I disagree to the point that all the employees of HP agency are good and generous and perform excellent customer care. From the guduvanchery agency of HP i have felt very bad experiences many times. The main lady who sits inside once shouted at us for asking the formality to tansfer from another location as we were not aware of that fact.Information for the same when coneveyed through phone and twice before when i went to the office was not complete and as per the instructions we took the documents, but later on they asked for additional documents and way that was conveyed was really bad.Each time they kept on adding a new one or a change in what i have carried.
I would suggest any agency for that matter to make sure that all employees are having same understanding about their documents and formalities as this is really maddenning.
But these people give connection but more big problem is here. All r leadies and never pick phone and having big attitude problem. Very late deliveries are famous for them. After visiting 2-4 times and after getting frustation, they do. Else say come and take...
So Indane Pattammal agency is not good service in Tambaram & Guduvancherry Areas .Indane Management will take necessary action .

I will plan to transfer from Guindy to Madambakkam, So i will be alert and ready to face the Problem or will Surrender & get New connection from HP, Pls advice
