The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

My Name Is L.Ravi an Indian Journalist who follow up complains on this consumer complain site. Some Months back A man called Bolaji Lawal and Cyril Osagie was posted on here accused of dwelling in India illegally, and sending fake lottery and sweepstakes emails to indians.
Now Cyril Osagie has been caught by some police In chennai below is the link to catch the news

My father is an consumer of indian gas for the past 15 years. Recently i got transfered to chennai.(Presently not with my parents). Now i am residing in Guduvanchery, Chennai. I Planned to get new Indane gas connection for me. I had enquired the proceducers for getting it in Pattammal gas agency which is in guduvanchery. They replied that they are not authorised to give new connection or transfer. They asked...
