Manhattan Credit Card — Name in defaulters because of not paying false credit card charges

Dear Sir/Madam,
There are two points of disputes:
1) During the month of Jan, Feb 08 I took a loan against the above card and got a home apparatus financed. As usual bank opened multiple credit accounts against these loans. Though I made full payment against these loans on time but because of lack of awareness made a single full payment instead of settling the different accounts. Bank started putting penalties because of not settling the different accounts. And, due to my full payment one of the accounts got in excess. So I asked to settle other accounts from this account via phone immediately and by e-mail later. Also, accepting my mistake (because of lack of awareness) I made a full payment (INCLUDING PENALTIES) in the month of April, 08 against the March,08 statement.( Attachment : Mar08_Statement, Payments_08May08). This payment does not include charges against the PLATINUM CARD which is my second point below.
2) Since Feb, 08 Bank is asking to pay against some fee etc. for PLATINUM CARD. The amount was once Rs. 1068/- and once Rs. 1119. On my objection 1068/- was reverted but bank refused to revert 1119/-. For your information I was told that I would be charged for this fee only when I would go through the card Kit/documents and would give my approval. I NEVER GAVE MY APPROVAL AND NEVER USED THIS CARD. I had called up customer care multiple times and exchanged several e-mails on this.
After this dispute I used my primary card (not the platinum card) in Jul 08 for 5499.18 + Rs 177884.86, and made a payment of 5499 + 17970 on time.( Attachment: Payments_04Aug08 )
But bank kept on putting the penalties and have put my name in defaulters list against seven thousand (7,000/-) recently.
Please note that apart from the disputed amount I have been making all payments on time and even have paid the penalties but I never had a valued treatment from the bank.
I accept my mistake of not being fully aware of the consumer forum and not putting this case here earlier. And, I appeal you to reprimand the bank for such behavior and taking unjustified advantage of customers.
I have attached some of the important e-mails I wrote to the bank and should you need any other information in this regard i will be happy to provide.
Hope to get a satisfactory resolution.
