[Resolved] Manhattan Credit Card — Receiving card statement after due date

I had complaint about late receipt of credit card statements since dec'12 in the month of Apr'13, after which i was sent the statements via mail. But the same problem is continuing and resulting in accumulation of high late charges for no fault of mine. Pls take this seriously and do the needful to wave off the late fees asap....my card no.[protected] name subhajit nandan

Credit Card — the statement

I am Dr Shantanu Kumar , possesing the card number [protected]. the statements provided to me from the ICICI bank Mall are never complete. I made a payment last month as per the latest statement provided to me from the ICICI Bank the Mall Kanpur but again this month the statement received shows a balance of 181 Rs . this hapened with the trasaction we made prior to this one where we paid Rs 1000 or 1500 as interest. this is simply not like ICICI way. the ICICI bank in kanpur( The Mall) need to be more customre friendly and transparent.
