Manhattan Credit Card — Credit Card Status

I have submiited all the necessary documents on December 1st week, 2012. After that I got a message saying that "we have received your Credit Card application Ref# FVX4226TVV01". I just wanted to know the status of this. I have not got any information on this till date.
