Myself Arpit, phone number: +91 [protected], I have gone to Marks & Spencer showroom for getting my defected trouser exchanged
but the guy on the cash counter who was authorized to take care of these type of complaints told
me that I cannot change the trouser because the system is showing it is purchased during sale period
and the value of trouser according to his system is Rs. 100.I was quite frustrated n shocked with his
answer.I am a privileged customer of will lifestyle also and they never ever said such a statement.
I am a law student and myself want to get into it,as this matter is for a common man.Any person who
purchase well known branded clothes are not attended well.I want to get rid of such instances and I
worry for those people who cannot afford and still go through this kind of problem.It is so obvious that a person will
not carry the bill for next 2 months because he trust the brand and already tried it before purchase.
It is my appeal to take serious action against it.
