Maruti Service Masters — poor management

Hi,
My name is ashish and I am a owner of maruti car registration number - DL5CD1576. I am given my car to maruti service masters on dated 19/05/2009 which is located in F-39, okhla industrial area, phase -2. The bad service was started from the morning when the driver came from maruti service masters at 11 am to pick up my vehicle from the near location at the time of receiving my vehicle the driver did't mark the reding of petrol and took my vehicle the several complaints was told to him by me.

My vehicle is received under the supervisor Mr. hemant and he explaint all the charges to me my vehicle is under major service so he gave a full explanation about the charges.

Their are several complaints in my vehicle that I told to Mr. HEMANT
1. THE VEHICLE PULLS TO ONE SIDE
2.THE AC DIRECTION MODE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY
3.NOISE OF ENGINE
4.POOR PICKUP
5.BUBBLING AT A SPEED OF 70

I Received my vehicle late in the evening at 7:45 pm this is the time taken to do the services of a car. I am waiting from 6:30 pm to receive my vehicle but they given my vehicle at 7:45. I really need to go somewhere but due to your late service I am helpless to do something .I contacted several times to Mr. hemant but his mobile was switched off and when I contacted on land line number then their is no one to pick my phone how ruthless service is this.

After along period of time Mr. hemant was called me around 7:30 pm and told me that the vehicle is ready but the additinal tyre (stepny tyre) of your vehicle was interchanged by some other vehicle this is such a careless service given to the customer even at that time I didn't say anything and I paid the full amount as written in my bill of Rs.4093.

but I need my tyre to be given by in time or you have to provide me the new one.

As driving back to my home I found that the washing was not up to the mark the washing of dashboard and gear pannel was not done and the windows was not cleaned at all .

As per pulling my vehicle is still pulls on one side
The wobbling of steering is still their when I drive a car at around the speed of 70.
All doors noisy as a specially told to rectify this
the pick up is so poor in AC that I hard to drive my car in this hotty conditions
Ac direction mode was not at all rectified

the service provided to me was so careless job and I need a full explanation on this or either I need to consider this so serious and on a higher level.So please resolve my problems as soon as possible.

maruti is branded company and the image of company was so down by the poor service provided to us .

Dear sir/Madam,
I have complaint several time at Maruti Service Master, GT Karnal Road regarding my car No. DL 2C AK 4185 swift dezire. But nobody response well and can not remove my car's problem till yet. There are some complaints in my car from that time when i bought this car some are:

1. Break Noise
2. Stearing hard
3. Engine Noise
4. Poor Average
5. Clutch Hard

But none of maruti masters advisors response well neither they called back after servicing my car.

I requested you to please take some serious action against my problems as soon as possible.
