[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki / Ritz Vxi — IMPROPER SERVICE DELIVERY AND MISCOMMUNICATION

I Mahankali Santosh Kumar working for a reputed Bank had sold my 14 months old Santro - GLS ECO car to Maruti True Value and bought a new Ritz VXI - Fire Brick Red colour car against the deal of Rs

3,40,000 towards the old card value. I have the list of following complaints against the deal.



1) While the deal of my old Santro - GLS ECO car they have told me that i will be getting RS 34000 cash discount on the new car purchase, however the promise made was not kept and i was given only Rs 32000

discount where they are saying that i was given Rs 2000 discount added in old car value which is not at all acceptable and i was not aware of it firstly.



2) When met Manager of the store - Mr Haribabu Naidu here at Kukatpally - Hyderabad, Varun Motors he is saying that the executive had not told the discount as Rs 34000 it is in the split of Rs 20000+ Rs 5000 +

Rs 7000 (Accessories) which is coming to Rs 32000. However he says he cannot give any thing more than that and when questioned how can his executive changes the deal he says his executive had informed

that the Rs 2000 added to old vehicle value which is done without the concent of the Customer.



3) Thirdly i was told that i am getting a cash discount of Rs 20000 and to my embarrassment Mr HariBabu Naidu - Manager of the store told me that this cash discount means the discount in Insurance of the vehicle

from the company but not the cash discount on the total value and even this information was came out to the limelight after enquiry of the total outstanding to be paid. As i though that i can use this amount towards the

accessories like Stereo, etc now my car has got only mudflaps, floor mats etc in Rs 7000/-. To the extension of my embarrassement as they have promised me to give Airfreshner in the actual Rs 7000 cash discount,

that is not provided to me at the time of delivery.



4) The horrible experience i had with the showroom and i have visited the place for delivery on Friday, 24th Dec i have to see one more surprise gift for me for Christmas that my car is having a Dent (Exactly a hole

kind of thing) on the rear wheel of the car. As i have to rush my native i have to take delivery of the car and the same comment is written in the Deliver Challan and promised to get it rectified however no person

wants to buy a Car of value Rs 5,20,000 with scratches, dents and anything else.

I am seriously disappointed and disturbed with this service and delivery.

Please help me to the maximum extent for complaint

resolution and ensure that this is not repeated in future.

I am pleased while a thought that came to my mind that i am purchasing an Indian company Car, but now completely dissatisfied with the way i have received the service.

I am proud to say that i had a great pleasure of service with Hyundai for my Santro - GLS ECO.

Varun Motors had visited my place and solved all my problems. Pathetic thing is that why people only react when a complaint is lodged and has a pressure from top management or corporate. Is that means people who doesn't know about complaint process is like a fool or toy for them. Don't please blame company because of your foul games.
