[Resolved]  Maruti Swift Dzire — delay in delivery

One month back i have booked Swift Dzire VXI by giving 50K as advance. As told by the agents, we will get priority if we pay that much of money. Sai Service at Kochi gave us a word that they will deliver the car withing 20days. Trusting them we cancelled the booking that we gave to Popular, who said that they will be able to deliver the car only after 45days.

After 20days they are saying that the company stopped the production for Petrol version as the demand is high for the disel version. His mangaer is saying that as that the production is not stopped but it is less when compared to other version asnd so the dalay. What do we belive? Is it that those who are buying Pertrol version is not important to Maruti.

Also we disposed off the our old car (Maruti Zen) presuming that we will get the vehicle soon. My parents and one year old kid is there at home and we are staying in a remote area, wherein we need a vehicle to commute to other places. Now we are in trouble. My parents can't walk and What will we do if they fall sick.

If the biggest company like Maruti doest have enough capacity why did they launch their product and troubling their loyal customers like us.

We have booked Maruti Suzuki Swift VDI on the 4th of April 08 by doing Advance payment through your dealer M/s ABT, Chennai., Firstly I would like to bring to your kind notice that, they commited car will delivery in maximux time one month i accepted the delivery date then i made the advance payment still no response .

maruti is thinking its customers are going to wait for dzire
till next year.
no don't assume that, customer is going to teach you lesson soon.

I booked a Maruthi Dzire on April 6th from Popular Motors, chennai. Initially they told that they will be able to make the delivery within 6 months.Now they are telling that it will take more than 90 days time.Also another Important thing is, the executive asked me to pay the entire amount so that I will be in the seniority booking list.Hence I made the payment. Now I have got a SMS stating that they have hiked the price.They want me to pay 28000 INR more for the delivery.

I don't know what the HELL that Maruthi is thinking about the customers.They are no1 fraud company who is cheating customers for a long time in India !

Maruti Swift Dzire — more delay in delivery schedule

ef as i book my vxi version, on mid of april for mumbai registration, dealer has given a time of delivery schedual of 3 to 4 months maximum time which i accept and booked, but after a month i receive a letter from dealer mentioning as delivery time is delay by 6 months at least, so as a telephonic talk with dealer i ask him those who book in month of may they have a dilivery scedule of 6 (six) month, so as per new schedual how much time they need to wait, dealer say 6 month only, so as my ddelivery schedual delay 2 months more it means clearly insisting that those who have a schedule of 6 month they delay by 8 months, but still dealer insist as six month, that means their must be some manuplating in delivey,
In this case it clearly mention that dealer wants a cancelation those who book in around april so they can easily sale in with premium offerto otheres those who wants earily delivery,
on the time of booking i check how much car allot 2 them, dealer says around 12 minimum, so my booking number is 47 so it means i can receive a delivery around 4 months,
now dealer is lying and say they have alloting only 7 to 8 cars in a month by maruti, as i check on 15th of may they already deliver 22 cars it means dealer has alloted 11 to 12 cars a month,
this shows one of direct involving of maruti company and dealers to earn a extra premium from a coustomer.
customer has a full rite to know of delivery scedule directly from a maruti udhyog through a net or phone
I suggest as maruti udhyog has introdce such a site for customer to knowing a delivery waiting period so customer can see his status of waiting period through net or through call center

Maruti Suzuki is big fraud company.
don't believe what ever dealers are telling about delivery date. actually it is going to take 6 months more then what they are telling.

I have booked dzire vdi at varun motors, visakhapatnam dated on 29th March 08. I have paid Rs50, 000/-for booking amount. Till i am not getting my car & i don't know when i am getting.

I would say Maruti and is a crap. I dont think that they have ever seen the words "Customer Satisfaction".
Better you dont go for Maruti, try some other models.

We have booked Maruti Suzuki Swift VDI on the13of may 08 by doing Advance payment through your dealer M/s ABT, Chennai., Firstly I would like to bring to your kind notice that, they commited car will delivery in maximux time three months accepted the delivery date then i made the advance payment still no response . when contacted on sep 5th they said my waiting list number was 49 but today after 1 1/2 months when we contacted them they avoid our calls but after repeated calls they said our number is 42 and it will take another 4 months. please tells us correctly will we be getting the car or not.

I booked Swift Dzire on 8 Jan 2009 and I was assured to give delivery with in 2 months but since last 1 and half month I am approaching Mr.Ajay Sharma Prop. of Kavisha Motors, Bye Pass Road, Agra but no proper response is being made and I am unable to know status of my booking of Swift Dzire and it is also bring to ur kind notice that I am Advocate by profession and use to deal transport cases upto the Hight Court as well as in Consumer Court, therefore I may kindly be known status of my booking and delivery of my vehicle so that i could make mind to proceed further in this matter.

i booked my car through spectra motors borivali model vxi colour silky silver, the dealer had told me i will get the car within 6 to 8 weeks . 8 weeks have passed but still no call from the dealer. they only give false promise. would request everyone not to book cars through spectra motors
