[Resolved]  Maruti Swift VDI — Poor Service, S.K.Wheels Navi Mumbai

Sir,

I dont know whether you remember me or not, i had sent you an complaint regarding noise coming from the interiors of my New Swift VDi bought from S.K.Wheel, Navi Mumbai.I bought this vehicle in March 2008. From the first day i heard different noises coming from my vehicle, within one month of purchase i had taken this vehicle to the workshop again for check up, after keeping it for 2 days they said now the vehicle is fine.Within one week the same noises started coming out i.e. from doors, dashboard, roof and back seat.

After that you wont believe it i had taken this vehicle 8-9 times in last 10 months to the workshop for the same problem again. Then finally i had sent an complaint letter to your Maruti regional office in Mumbai, from where i havent received any reply so far, similarly i had marked this letter cc to S.K.Wheels from where i had received the reply and again they had taken my vehicle for check up, after keeping it for 2 days they said we have rectified the problem, now the vehicle is ok.After taking delivery no one is even concerned at maruti to call me and confirm whether the performance is ok.

Recently in the month of March 09 i had informed you regarding this, immediately the concerned person from maruit came to my place and said that they will solve my problem and due to my complaint you have decreased the ratings of S.K.wheels something like that.

Again they had taken my vehicle for almost 2 days and when i took test drive at their workshop, again same noise heard, i dont know what they had checked and they even tried to give me the delivery without solving the problem.Then when i complained about his, they asked me to wait for almost an hour and said that the vehicle is ok now, then again i took a test drive, i felt ok at that time.

After driving for 50 kms the same problem has started again.I had informed the concerned person at S.K.Wheels that whatever work you had done in my vehicle is of no use, he said ok i will check it again. It was that day that is on .2.05.09 and today i havent received any call or reply from his end.

I am already fed up of this kind of service, first time in my life i owned a car and that is also a Maruti car by mistake.Still these people are not able to rectify the problem, i heard some people saying that maruti has used very cheap quality of plastics in the car due to which this noise is common in every car.

Kindly let me know whether you are going to take some action.
