[Resolved]  Maruti Swift VDI — Regarding Delay in delievery & about the dealer

Subject:- Complaint regarding Employees working in Maruti Vitesse Ltd, Worli,Mumbai.(Mr.Surendra Sharma - Asst.Sales Manager & Mr.Vishal - Allotment Section)

I have booked a Maruti Swift VDi {Vehicle Sr No.SW-VDI 449} on 17/09/2009 through dealer Maruti Vitesse, Worli, Mumbai. At the time of booking I was told that delivery would be within 4-5 weeks.("kuch upar neeche kar ke de denge")

We were forced to handover our Old Santro xing - XG to Maruti Vitesse,Worli as they wanted to sell our car at the earliest & we were told that we will receive delivery of our new Swift VDi car in 4weeks.They have sold our car & did not even bother to give us a stand by car in return & till date we have not yet received our car.

We spoke with Mr.Surendra Sharma(Asst.Sales Manager,Vitesse,Worli) who is very very arrogant with me & my father on phone.He did not even ready to listen what we were talking on phone & then without listening to anything he literally just kept the phone down.

I would also like to mention one more employee's name from Vitesse,worli that is Mr.Vishal who looks after allotments.He was also not co-operative & have also given false committments.

I really surprised that how these people can be in such a organisation who dont know how to talk rather to help to their customers....?

So request you to please take some action on them so that they will never do these things with other customers.

We have booked TOP MODEL - SWIFT VDi & these people were asking us to buy LOW MODEL i.e. Swift LDi. We have no idea , Why ??????

Instead of all this, everytime I call they keep repeating that the company is not despatching the vehicles,they dont have colours etc.etc.and therefore they are unable to give me delivery of the same.How do I get a clear picture on the status of my vehicle.

Also,i would like to ask, will Maruti Vitesse pay me interest on the booking amount which is Rs.1,60,000 /- for delayed delivery??? If not, then why we customers are suffering from all this...????

Requesting you to give us the interest amount or ask the dealer to provide us the car accessories as complementory.
