[Resolved]  maruti wagon r lxi — NOISE INSIDE ENGINE

IN THE MONTH OF NOV. 2009 THERE WAS A NOISE INSIDE THE ENGINE I WAS VISITED TO DD MOTORS DEHRADUN. THEY FOUND THAT THE NOISE IS DUE TO CRANKSHAFT WORN OUT. AFTER A DEEP DISCUSSION WITH THE WORKS MANAGER MR. NEGI. IT WAS REPLACED UNDER EXTENDED WARRANTY. BUT NOW A DAYS I AM FEELING THE SAME TYPE OF NOISE.I TRIED TO ENHANCED THE WARRANTYOF MY VEHICLE BUT THEY REFUSED TO EXTEND IT DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL REASONS. MY EXTENDED WARRANTY EXPIRED ON 10 APRIL 2010.KINDLY GIVE ME THE SOLUTION TRUST BETWEEN MARUTI & ME WILL BE MAINTAINED.

Maruti Wagon R Duo LXI — Substandard Vehicle and Poor after sales Support

Hi,

I would like to bring this to your notice. I bought a Maruti Wagor R Duo LXI from Pratham Motors one of maruti outlet in Bangalore. Right from day 2 i have been taking my vehicle complaining that the engine diagnostic indicator has been glowing. They did a reset of the sensors couple of time to no avail. I gave the vehicle to them to get it thoroughly checked and rectify the problem. This did not help out. I even went ahead and gave the vehicle again to them to get their experts to check the same. the second time i had given my vehicle for close to 7 days. They informed that the vehicle is in good condition and gave it back to me. Considering the repitative nature of the problem had requested them to give me certificate saying that the vehicle was in good condition. For this the dealer nor did the regional head officer person Donald denied it. They informed that no dealer would be giving this. I was left with no other option but to go by their word. I once again witnessed the problem and told the engineer. the engineer said they will get back to Maruti and i could continue to drive my vehicle. They had people from factory come and check the vehicle. This was at their own convenient time and gave the vehicle back to me, i hardly have driven close to 20 to 30 km the problem has popped up again.

From Pratham Motors stand point they do not want to take any ownership of the case. They wash of their hand saying that maruti has to make a call on this and we are waiting for their decision.

considering the repititative nature of the problem. I have requested them to either give a replacement on the cash back. No body has got back to me so for.

The service engineer is pretty good. The sale manager of Pratham Motors bangalore MR Chandrashekar was too rude. He was talking as if he has given the car to me free of cost.

I am totaly devastated and mentally stressed. All i have done is Gave money and bought myself a problem. Hope you guys can help me with your suggestions.

Maruti Wagon R Duo LXI — Bad Service

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have pruchased a Wagno R Duo LXI. But i think ihave really made a mistake of Buying Maruti & that too from your Showroom.
Right from the 1st service I have complain about few points which is not been taken care till now. Today i have given 3rd service at your workshop ( All the services has been done only in Mohan Motors Service station) & again i have raise the same problem to Service Engineer.But very unfortunately they have replied back that it's very much normal for Maruti Wagno R.

When ever i have raise a points to your service station they will always come back by saying this very much normal.If it is so then i have few major points as as below.

1.My choosing Duo over all other variant is low cost of Travelling. (IF I AM NOT VERY WORNG THEN MARUTI UDYOG HAS GIVEN THE ADVERTISEMENY AS " COST OF SCOOTER CAR WILL RUN). I am getting 9 to 9.5 km milage in the city by gas. I don't think any scooter will run in this milage in India.

2. I have complained about the my rear door Glass fitting right from the 1st service. But nothing has happend. FYI i have attached & mark the Second Service Report. Now in the 3rd service they are asking for some replacement. Why should i pay for this when from the 1st service it was not rectfied.

My car No -- WB02 Y 6075. If this is case then i will never recomend any one to buy from your showroom. Though some one has taken a Wagno R from your showroon with my REF. But now onwards i will never recomend any one to buy from your place.

This is the last service i am taking from your station. Thanks for all this wonderful Experience.

*** I am also surprise that Maruti Udyog also doesn't care about thierCustomer.

I have registered a complain againest dealer on dated27/01/08. but still there is no action.

I want to know that when my problem will be solved.

maruti wagon r lxi — GEAR AND CLUTCH PROBLEM

local dealar hisar automobile is not adhering the requests despite numerious visits since two months after purchase of the vehicle. kindly look into the matter forthwith as today car is even unable to move.
FIRST OF ALL THEY ARE NOT READY TO ACCEPT THE NOISE. AFTER DEEP DISCUSSION THEY ARE READY TO RECTIFY IT BY MACHINING ON LATHE MACHINE. EVEN AFTER NOISE COULD NOT BE RECTIFIED. THEN AFTER HOT DISCUSSION THEY ARE READY TO REPLCE THE CRANKSHAFT. AFTER REPLACMENT OF THIS AGAIN SAME TYPE OF NOISE OCCURED. WHEN I AM COMPLAINING THEY SAID NOW THIS COULD NOT BE COVERED IN THE WARRANTY BCOZ UR WEXTENDED WARRANTYIS EXPIRED. PLZ TELL ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO.

maruti wagon r lxi — complaint about hard power steering

I bought a new WAGON R LXI on 16th february 2012 from T R SAWHANEY MOTORS GOKAL PUR .From day one it's power steering does not work prorerly it feels so hard like normal steering.I comlaint it to dealer but he did not responded well .I also mention it in feedback form but no reply has been received fron there .

i have bought brand new wagonr 2012 model .within 30 kms the clutch has gone out of order and the vehicle is not moving
