[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Cancellation of Policy with Free Look Period

Cancellation policy This is in regards to policy no #[protected] on the name of Yogesh Gugale This policy was taken in June but i got policy cert on 11th Aug which was a misselling. I requested for the cancellation of this within the freelook period which was denied due to OUTSIDE FREE LOOK PERIOD. I again given proofs of cancellation for so many days and have given call to customer care many times and everytime a callback is promised. But still no contact from their side. I hope somebody can take care of this Branch Head Mr. Sukhjjet Bhatty behaved very rudely with me. Help me to get refund. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Maxnewyork life — Free look of the policy

Dear All
This is to bring your kind notice that i took a policy of Maxnewyorklife insurance co.Policy has been
issued to me and i got the policy document.But after reading the policy i realized that this policy does not suits me at all.In this regard i have reached the Maxnewyork office for freelook well before the freelook time period but the repersentative of the Maxnewyorklife is not accepting the policy document for no reasons.Even
i ask him that i could reach to IRDA his reply was i dont care about it do what ever you feel like.
I have already sent the mails to the maxnewyork help line service from there too i am not getting response
I really appreciate if this body could help me out from the situation
